Everything was clean, but some of there were some clothing underneath the bed; tiny sock inside the dryer. Easy to miss, and weird place to leave something, (probably when the last guys staying there forgot it), so I can't reasonably blame it on the staff.

Location was near the heart of the city where most of the nightlife was. A good 10-minute walk from most places that I wanted to go in Moncton. Price is also quite solid in this economy. Good; fair, but not mind-blowingly cheap. Staff was also readily available to provide support and responded in a reasonable time. Amenities were also provided, notable dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry pods.

* While location is good to reach everything, there can be lots of street noise depending on time of the day or night * Some things require a bit of repairing/renovating, such as broken mosquito net in window, worn down bench, stains on chair/couch etc. Nothing that really bothers me, though

One bed only separated by a curtain, no walls. Toilet seat not attached properly attached. Kitchen very minimally equipped.

This apartment is awesome but someone had removed items from the kitchen like forks, knives etc. and we had nothing to cook on in the oven (no pans or oven dishes). Staff replaced them but not in time for us to use. Property has air conditioning, but none in the back bedroom. There’s a ceiling fan in the front bedroom right beside the AC unit, but no fan in the back bedroom so it’s hot without AC or fan. Also people booking should be aware that one of the bedrooms is a “faux” bedroom created by curtains hanging from the ceiling. You pull the curtains around the bed to create a curtain wall. Wasn’t a problem for us, but it might catch some off guard. Also this is located above an awesome seafood restaurant Catch 22- so the hallways smell like lobster 🤣. There are some strong air fresheners in the hallways to help. Not such a big deal, maybe off putting for some.

We had an awful air BnB property experience and needed a place to stay ASAP - the virtual front desk staff helped us find a room immediately. They were very kind. Check in was very easy and the room was beautiful. Great location.

The rooms are amazing and could not beat rhe price $180 for a full Size apartment, washer,dryer you name it. The upstairs private balcony looking over the city was also a favorite and the check in check out using codes is by far the best fastest most efficient way I've seen so far thanks looking forward to coming back the 15th for 8 days 😀

The fact that during our stay, other guests were smoking and the smell spread up to our suite. Cannot think of anything else we disliked.

Did not have any breakfasts. The location was very convenient to restaurants. Short driving distance to grocery stores etc. The property was easy to get into once we figured out the process of getting the key. the convenience of the washer and dryer in the suite was a bonus

Shampoo dispensers were too high if taking a bath, which we did. We couldn’t reach anything we needed. Kleenex was hidden in a drawer.

The only problem is that the apartment was hot due to the temperature outside. But the AC was extremely noisy and the ceiling fan wasn’t working properly. Opening the windows was not an option due to the street noise. I think if the AC and fan get fixed, this place will be. 10/10.
