We asked for housekeeping to be done after a particular time but wasn’t adhered to. A late checkout for an hour was denied albeit our checkin was not ready on time

Main restaurant was extremely busy for both breakfast and dinner resulting in having to wait for a table for up to 20 minutes at breakfast time. Best to book for dinner to avoid any delays.

Great location for the main waterfront area. The room was very clean and spacious with great views over the marina. Staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent - good choice. Good leisure facilities within hotel.

The walls are paper thin. You hear everyone’s conversation. They should give ear plugs. Also the door to the toilet n shower slide but the bottom of the door bangs. The bottom of the doors should be hinged too. The banging was so loud you could hear when other rooms used washrooms.

It was in a great location. Near park and restaurants.

Everything was great. There is nothing that fell short of my needs/expectations.

Friendly staff at check in suggested a modest upgrade to a view room. Got a view overlooking pool and garden and marina with mountains in the distance. Beautiful peaceful setting and nice and quiet.

Towel storage above the toilet seemed a little unsanitary. Needed usb points at the desk. Not nearly enough milk, coffee and decaf coffee for 24 hours, though staff were fast and generous with their response and sorted this quickly. Needed 2 bag racks for a long stay, though this appeared to be the case in all the hotels we used over 5 weeks. Turn shower on before getting in, as you have to pull up the lever on the bath tap and set water temp at the same time. The downstairs area was beautiful and enticing with lots of places to sit. However the 4th floor hallway had a dark and uninviting vibe...needs a freshen up with some art, interesting lighting and plants.

Fantastic views across the marina and cbd, and some mountains from 4th floor main block. We could watch the seaplanes taking off and landing, and see everything that's going on in the harbour. Very friendly, helpful staff. Huge amounts of space in the twin double room with super comfy beds and a chaise lounge by the window. In warm weather you can completely open up the balcony french doors to maximise on the view. Loved the lit shaving mirror in the washroom.Taxi stand on-site. Stanley Park, the ferries, sea planes, cbd and shorefront eateries are all in flat easy walking distance. Huge variety of breakfast options. We will be staying again.

Extraordinary view and room. Best pillow I have ever slept on. Perfect location - walks through Stanley Park, the Sea Wall and over to Granville Island. Close to fabulous restaurants. Will be back!!!

Cost. Everything is great about this hotel, but be prepared to pay for it. EV charging is a ripoff in my opinion. L2 chargers are available in the parking area but they are not operated by the hotel, so expect to pay a ridiculous fee.

Cannot beat this location! Great views, as well. Buffet breakfast was great.

The cost of the Sunday easter brunch. $39/person, limited selection compared to what is described in the menu. Check the buffet before you make your decision.

1. Vallet with driveway for easy check-in and check-out. 2. The pleasent aroma of the lobby, matched by their body lotion. 3. The views, the location, the staff.
