I would suggest updating the air-conditioning units. They are extremely loud. We were a little confused that there was no restocking or housekeeping over our multiple nights stay. It would have been nice to get our tea and coffees, milk and sugar restocked even if our beds were not remade.

Location was great, easy to find our way downtown etc The front foyer was lovely and inviting. The hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were a great size and comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was slightly smaller than other places we have stayed. Our room was on the first floor, which was one floor down from the lobby/ground floor and there is no elevator.

Check in was quick. The room was very clean. Was just as it appears in the photos.

The quality of the shower pan was atrocious. It squeaked and bent when i stepped on it. I think a more universally understood shower system could have been used. I did not like that no stationary and pen were provided.

The size of the bathroom and bedroom area was awesome. Everything seemed clean and tidy. I liked that parking was included.

The only objection is the noisy air conditioning unit I had to keep my room cool for the night. Opening the window lets street noise come in. A quieter AC would have made my room a hard-to-beat option for an unaffordable and conveniently-located one-night stay.

It would be nice if there was a luggage rack to hold our bags. Room was very hot when we arrived. Air conditioner was covered with packing tape to disable it. We had to open a window and drape the heavy curtains over a chair to let air in and cool the room.

It was quiet, clean and secure and the staff were friendly.

If the rentals have been contained to their own lot and the street it would have been a lot better.

The lot was part of the National car rental so half the time you couldn't find a parking spot as the rentals were all over the lot.

A little surprised they didn't do daily service to the room - just once every 3 days or so. This was ok - just would have liked to have been told what to expect.

Front desk staff could be friendlier on check in I had to keep asking of everything was alright as he kept staring at my id and the computer. I gave him my name and he asked if I was glen. It took a really long time for check in

It was a value for the money as we were only there one night. It has a nice big tub in the room with king bed.

The room was too warm, especially on the first night, even when we turned off the heat. We had to turn on the air conditioning even though it was winter.

The room and bathroom were clean and well taken care of, and the beds were comfortable with good quality linen. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early.

The rooms feel a bit old, and slme of the bath stuff was also old and fragile.

It was a great option in terms of value: price-location The place is near a bus stop that takes you to the downtown and also to the buchart gardens, and the Ferry terminal. The Staff was amazingly helpful and really nice.
