Office closed at 9 so after we checked in we had no time to see our rooms and let her know if we needed anything before she left. We got 2 rooms because rooms were not big enough for 2 adults and 4 children. They gave us one room on each level. Bottom room was fine, but upper level room was smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Only 2 towels were supplied in each room, knowing there were 6 checking in. TV didn't work in the smoking room. Pillows were very lumpy and I'm used to sleeping in any condition but this was a huge surprise. No screens in windows but you could open them, even though they were duct taped. Staircase was heavily soiled with clumps of mud. Parking lot has massive potholes so be careful where you drive.

$200 deposit required. Had to call to access the front desk, no wifi option given, room smelled like cigarette smoke, the fan/ac whistles loud, no windows to open, old towels in the bathroom, and the picture description not accurate.

The price point, and that the front desk person gave us an "renovated" room for the same price. Ground level room.

In this particualr room there was hardly any heat, it was very cold, but the blankets were very warm while underneath, no light when I walked in and when using the first switch nothing happened as one lamp wasnt working, luckily the other ones were, the TV was stuck on hdmi 3 and i could not figure out how to get to channel mode (tried everything, I’m not tech stupid)

It was standard and decent price for what it offered, decent bed, had the things you would need

Really had no problems. You get big truck noise from the highway, but that's about it. Motels are best, no going through lobbies or elevators, Just park in front of your door and go in.

Cheap, working man's motel in a lower reputation area. It was clean, the bed was soft, tv worked, all appliances worked, relatively quiet (except for highway noise) No frills, no bells and whistles, just a cheap place to stay for work. Easy access to restaurants, fast food, local pubs. (Major's restaurant in the hotel next door was a good breakfast!)

The room was fairly clean, one thing I would suggest is putting in USB ports. The beds were clean but definitely need replacing (could feel every spring), the table was broken, wouldn't want to put anything on there let alone lean on it. The door to the room was difficult to open and close, was fairly quiet, but I was next to the stairwell so could hear every footstep going down the stairs. It's an older building, a little run down but that isn't uncommon..

The front desk clerk was very accommodating and understanding given my situation. Thank you!

No heat in the room. No blankets on the bed just a sheet and bed covering. Being winter it was slightly cold.

Clean, great price very helpful and friendly staff. Staff were quick to take care of our heat issue to make the rest of the stay great.

Looked like a recently renovated room. It was quite nice but the first room they stuck me in had a broken main window (and it’s like bay window size). Cracked all the way from top corner to opposite side bottom corner. Then none of the power worked. The breaker kept blowing. The staff working was quick to move me to another room but then we discovered the TV didn’t work. They had to call a tech in to fix it - who spoke no English at all! It was quickly fixed but 30 minutes later it did it again. Then it kept doing it almost hourly all night. Then the Internet was HORRIBLE! Barely worked and would constantly cut in and out. I used so much data as I had to hotspot my own laptop to get any work done.

The toilet bowl.. it is hard to flush.storage water in tank id not enough to carry waste to drain.
