The bed, maybe the mattress is uncomfortable, or the pillow is too low. An extra pillow would be great

Appreciate if they have good signage at weggis where to go. or instruxtions on their site which stop to drop off when.coming.by train and bus. Had a tough time at the train station and had to ask public for help

The room I had was on the third floor with a balcony that provided a beautiful view of both the lake and mountains. Location is excellent and just a short walk away from the ferry terminal connecting to Luzern, as well as the cable car to the Rigi Kaltbad. The continental breakfast provided a good food selection in a dining room with excellent views to the lake and mountain.

The hotel has a great location on the lake and the view from the room was amazing! The staff was very nice and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast a lot too! It is a great stop if you plan to go on the top of mountain Rigi :)

There were no shades at the bathroom overlooking the terrace so it was a little not private lets say. The room could be a little bit more warm.

Amazing room with both side of the room overlooking the lake and the mountains. Huge terrace with comfortable chairs and table. Very lovely staff, good breakfast with lots of options. We had a Turkish speaking stuff who helped us with breakfast and our car parking.

Restaurant personnel is not too friendly, they don’t greet voluntarily and have the right of way over guests. Call it attitude.

Prime location right at the lake with waterfront room. Breakfast is good but the same every day.

Although we had booked a smaller room, we were disappointed to see the wall had paint scuffs where there were areas of blue paint missing. Also, there was no headboard, you can see where there used to be one. The room was in the attic and was very warm at night.

The location was good for boat trips, restaurants and there was some live music in the town, one evening. The hotel was nice with good facilities and a lovely view over the lake. We had a beautiful spot next to the water for our evening meal, our waiter was very attentive.

Room a bit dissapointed a suprior double room was two singles pushed together a better qaulity double would make a diffrence dated and sparse, pool out of action due to refurbishment no pre notice given on booking so dissapointed, shower was broken could not direct the head this was reported but nothing done, tv no English channels available and tv menu to change to English subtitles did not work again reported but not sorted pay per view channel no explanation how to access them so could not use some simple fixes here would have made a huge difference to our stay Restaurant menu limited no real snack items available again some simple improvements would make a diffrence Breakfast was generally good but was not as plentiful in choice as shown in the photos on booking.com Bar and restaurant would benefit from use of background music to give it more ambience and a little atmosphere Overall despite the above comments it's is a good place to stay but suggest you are paying for the location and the stunning views unless the owners spend only a relatively small amount to upgrade the standards

The location was amazing, with outstanding views over the lake and mountains from the room, you could actually lay on the bed and wake up to see totally amazing natural beauty without even getting up. Staff were friendly and helpful hotel was clean

Breakfast was average, and there is only a small parking lot right next to the hotel. Pay for parking.

This is an amazing place to stay, and you cannot get any closer to the waters of Lucerne. Little town of Weggis is a perfect spot for dining or getting on the boat for a ride on the lake. We saw swans and other water fowl from the hotel patio. The staff were very nice and Toby was especially helpful.

the staff are clearly overworked at the moment. for 4 days the same guys covering every shift. would have been good to get a decent coffee not out of a machine. One machine for all guests at breakfast. but I’m not picking, it’s a great place
