Beds and linen need to be upgraded

Nice location close to restaurants, supermarkets & public transport. Large apartment with kitchen and everything needed for a short stay.

Bad communication and customer service! the key card machine only generated one key card even when we selected option to print two. we tried reaching them but no response until next day. they couldn't provide the key card even the next day when eventhough we were told the card will be left for us there at the day end. s we had to coordinate back n forth to wait for each other to reach back in time together or take the card. third day they told us we can give the card but at 5 pm. which means we should come back at 5 pm to take the card or wait for them. it was ridiculous! secondly the kitchen needs some major stocking of cutlery glasses pots pans and accessories etc. there is so much kitchen space but everything is empty. only a couple of items available. not very good for cooking.

Spacious and nice apartment with a balcony. Location is good. Everything was near by such as restaurants, super markets bars etc. Apartment is walking distance to Langestraße and very close to tram station. Apartment it self is nothing fancy or premium as the name suggest but it is decent enough.

Great location, very close to the city center and approximately 20mins to main train station (Hbf). Wi-fi internet connection, big size of apartment, great for large family. Modern furniture. Nice bathroom, kitchen. Very close (approx. 25mins) to Letzigrund Stadion by walk or 5mins by tram.

The check-in process was awful. We had to try and find a kiosk out on the street. I entered my information multiple times, and was not able to get my key. And when you don’t have Internet access to difficult to be able to get a hold of anybody. We finally did get a hold of somebody and they came and opened up for us. but the Internet was horrible. It wasn’t available to login to. I sent multiple emails and called a couple of times and finally 3 1/2 or four hours later someone came and told me just to use the public access that was available in the neighborhood. I was not impressed with that kind of a response. Turns out that it took three days before we were able to access the private Internet. 

I very much appreciated having a full kitchen along with a washer and dryer. The driers don’t work very well but at least you can start drying them and then hang to finish dry. Having a little balcony was also wonderful so that we could have coffee out there.

I feel there were bed bugs as I have a lot of rashes that I got post my first night. the big fridge was not working, there was a smaller fridge, whose handle was broken the washing machine didn’t have any English instructions so it was difficult to operate dryer didn’t work

The process of getting into the appartment was a little hussle the first time, the whole process was without any personal, all self service. The plug of the bathtube was missing, so we cannot have a bath. There is no locker on the bath/toilet room. There is coffee but just for 1 or 2 days, no airco or fans (it was 35 degrees!). Internet is slow and keeps asking for login details every 5 or 10 minutes, the tv channels are ramdomized and almost useless. The toilet seat was loose. There was only 2 double beds 4 cussions but we ordered and payed for 5 persons.

Staff was responsive and resolved issues during the self check in process. Location is good as it is a walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and bus stop to city.

It was advertised with balcony and amazing view but it has direct view to a wall (4m from the windows ) Dish washer broken, no cleaning products or accesories, only 3 forks for 4 people. Not all lights are functional.

Machine to collect the keys had a errors so we had to wait for 20 minutes on our keys. Car parking is a hell. You can just stay 1 hour in front of the building and the private park space they advertise with is not available and booked out for months. As they said. We did put our car in the garage with high cost during our day and in the night we where lucky to find a spot after circulating for an hour around the block. The beds where really bad. Iron spirals are sticking in your back and made me consider to sleep in the cough. Dishwasher did not work. Even though the apartment was big and nice I Would not book again. 2 days of getting out car a place and a bad bed was almost to long. We longed to get away and that should not be how a stay should be and what we had in mind for our 2 days in Zurich.

apartment was clean, and had enough room. Also the overal apartment is great but lacks in a few ways that made the stay uncomfortable for us.

The bathroom doesn't have a curtain so all the water spills on the floor and made a big mess. The TV also didn't work, we ask for the repair they said they will send some one but didn't. Key collection was Not easy, they have self payment machine which refuses to accept our credit card, Then the staff pass by and we paid through their portable machine. As other review mentioned the internet speed is very slow, is several people get connected its almost dying and you can not use the internet. Surprisingly, the shampoo as well as washing machine powder is not included in the apartment although it was branded as premium family apartment.

Its very clean apartment with good facilities and good location. Suggested for family.
