Noisy and bed not comfortable.

My room was on the top floor and the walls were thin so when other guests came back at 2am making lots of noise it was like they were in my room so loud the wall kept no noise out I was woken up and couldn't get back to sleep for a hour due to the noise,

The breakfast room is very small. Limited choice of breads at breakfast.

I thought the towels and bedding were a bit old and the pillow could definetly do with replacing but again they were all clean. I had no other issues and would stay again

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. There was boiling water and cold water with lemon available with a selection of teas in the downstairs bar, also some beer. The room was clean, shower was great and comfortable bed

Very nice stuff. Good location, vlose to the tesco Superstore and tram stops. 20 minutes away from Old city center and all atractions.

It's getting more difficult to find cheap clean rooms with ensuite facilities in Praha but this one will do.

Dirty curtains and the bathroom was old but clean. Didn't have bottled water for sale.

Not far away from the city center. You get what you pay for. For 1-2 nights, it's okay.

Beds are not very comftort, walls doesnt hold noise from other rooms.

Staff was very kind , helpful, fixed what was wrong, fast reaction of needs. Great lobby place to sit and relax and watch big screen tv with very good sound system.

Nothing really! Staff were a little on the quiet side but we didn’t mind.

Room was stunning and bed were sooo comfortable, was so cheap by taxi from this location into the Prague city centre. Offered water, ice and cups for in room. No kettle but coffee shop round the corner for cheap price. Tv were also in our room which was helpful.

Unfortunately the room had a sewage smell in it. The staff was listening to music via earphones, while talking to us. All in all the hotel did not really satisfy our expectations.

We had a relatively big room for the three of us and our dog was accepted as well.

There was a smoke detector with empty batteries beeping in the hallway 🙈 Window doesn't really open (only 1 cm)

24/7 open reception, hotel located in quiet area, town center easily reachable by tram. Parking nearby possible ( white areas)

You shouldn't knock on the door 20 minutes before check-out and remind that it's time to check-out like the cleaning lady does.

The hotel staff works 24 hours which is very comfortable. The conditions of the room were acceptable and nice

strange smell, sagged mattress (for one person size was generous, but I doubt 2 persons can comfortably sleep there), quite noisy from other rooms

Room and bathroom was clean and it was warm (during winter) there contrary to more luxurious hotels where I stayed during winter in Prague. For a solo traveler, to spend just few nights there, it is great choice considering the price.

Water draining poorly in the sink and shower. Toilet needs a few minutes to refill, so if guests are using it one after the other, it is impossible to flush right away, but it’s understandable and not a big deal. There was 1 piece of banana peel in the trash as we came, but aside from that, everything was clean.

The young lady Receptionist was welcoming. Breakfast at a very cheap price, with everything we needed. Heating was perfect both in the room and the water. The hotel though old, has adapted to the evolving environment and is well maintained. They have the oldest elevator 🛗 i’ve been to, which we found COOL! What an experience. It was clean. Few minutes walk from Tram station.

It will be great to have few hooks / hangers in the bathroom to put clothes/towels on while under the shower :)

The girl in the reception was very helpful and friendly. We asked for towels exchange and that was quickly done as requested. It's great value for money.
