I had some issues with the shower, the water was quite cold, but they fixed it somehow after complaining.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, big screen TV, cleanliness, parking (charged), tram station nearby, very quick access to the city center or any other place by public transportation. Ideal place to stay either for a city break for visiting the attractions to be seen in Prague, or an airport concert (this time that was my case).

We got only 1 key card for the room and we needed to pay for parking.

The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and bed was really comfortable.

The staff was not so friendly and helpful. The room was clean but not spotless clean. They did not change bed linen for four nights. The peanut butter dispenser was empty for all the four days we stayed there and no one replaced it.

Deluxe triple room was very beautiful, new and had all the amenities you need. Breakfast had a very good variety. The hotel restaurant was very good. Playground is very useful if you travel with kids.

The room I've booked was on a separate building and it was pretty difficult to find.

Breakfast is very rich and very good. The hotel is close to the tram station, what brings you to the city center. The room was clean and the staff polite.

Parking place quite expensive. (Approx. 16 euro/night)

Clean room, cafee machine in the room, smart tv. Very good breakfast. Good staff, we have to leave 1 night earlier and they reimbursed the specific amount. Thank you.

We had tea bags in the room but no cup to drink it and also no water heater.

I loved the breakfast. It has so many varieties and delicious. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. It's only 20 minutes away from city centre and easily accessible by tram. The staff was very friendly, we went early to drop off our belongings. They caused no problems and put our stuff to storage room immediately.

There was some dust inside the cups inside the room so we wash them before using, it was not a big deal, just some notes for future improvement.

Breakfast is amazing! Room is very comfortable and nice! Everything was clean. I have been to other hotels in Prague in the city center with the comparable price but this one was far better! Not comparable at all! It is very convenient to get to the city center, and we actually enjoyed that it is a little bit away from the center so we could relax and have a feeling of enjoying the atmosphere. There is a forest and you can walk there and enjoy birds singing anytime during the day.

Not many places to eat locally but a short tram ride away there’s lots

Location is perfect, just across the tram. You can easily reach to city center. The breakfast has so many varieties and is delicious. The rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful.
