What I did not like is that our room did not have a TV and also we stayed for three nights and we're not given new towels and the room is not cleaned each day. When we asked for fresh towels they said it was 1.50 € per towel. They said after 5 days it would have been free..

The location was awesome and the value is wonderful.

I think that the hotel is designed mainly for pupils/students. I had to leave deposit for hairdryer and I needed to borrow the key from reception to open the balcony. Those are just small inconveniences.

The room was clean and we had enough space (but we booked 4-person room for two people, as the price was the same). I liked that the toilet was separate from bathroom. People at the reception were friendly and helpful. The location - close to Berlin Hauptbahnhof - was very convenient.

Perfect location - about 5 minutes walk away from the central station! The kitchen was very well equipped and the facilities were very clean. The 24 hour reception was very helpful for checking in late and checking out early.

There were no individual lights next to the beds in the dorm. If someone needed light in the evening, the main light needed to be switched on. Installing small reading lights next to the beds would be a huge improvement!

For me, the best thing about this hostel was the location so close to the main train station. I also like the fact that it was in a quiet area while still being central. The staff was very friendly and the facilities (lounges, a fully-equipped kitchen, bar, outdoor terrace...) were great. The breakfast buffet was varied and had enough healthy options. It's not a particularly social hostel, but a good place to get some rest!

- There was a little strange smell in the showers. - I was assigned the top bunk of the bed despite there were plenty of bottom bunks free in the room, in fact all of them... On top of that the bed was very noisy with every little move. - Had to make bed myself despite the costly price for a hostel, towel is also for additional charge

+ The room was spacious for a hostel, with locker rooms + bathrooms were clean + the location is superb + The hotel premises have a lot of nice common spaces + The breakfast was very good.

If you book a shared room, the internet connection could be a problem. Sometimes, it works, sometimes it does not.

In general, the hostel is clean. In terms of location, it is the perfect place to stay in. You can walk to the Berlin Central Station and visit the places you would like to see, through U-bahn or S-bahn.

Poor WiFi, no kitchenette, no fan or AC. It is difficult in summer hot or when hot. I opened the window completely to cool down the room.

I particularly liked the location of the hotel. Apartment is very clean and staff is very good.
