It has a garden so ants in a few places not there fault .need some toiletries..

There was nothing we did not like and we will return.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel grounds were well cared for and the swimming pool was great. Lastly, the location was excellent from our point of view. A 5-minute walk takes you to the bars and restaurants of the Carihuela beach area and, with the hotel being situated on the main road between Benalmádena and Torremolinos, it was was great for regular buses in both directions stopping within a very short distance from the hotel entrance. That might not be everyone's cup of tea but we had no issues with traffic noise and slept well.

Very little. Perfect for a trip away.

Lovely little hotel..set in nice garden.. neer all amenities ..pubs and eating places..slight hill to climb from beach but only 10min walk ..staff are all very friendly. Willing to help with anything..hotel is spotless staff are always cleaning ..lovely bar area..would definitely return ....thanks to all staff .

The fan in the bathroom was quite old, and when we used the bathroom, it made an unbearable whirring noise. Unfortunately, there was a similar problem with the ventilator in the neighboring room, so when someone used the other room's bathroom in the middle of the night, we were woken up by the whirring. This made it impossible to sleep. Luckily we were moved to another room for the last two nights.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk to the seaside, in a quiet area (in November, this was a quiet area - maybe in the middle of the season, the situation is quite different). , a few minutes walk to the seaside. There are nearby grocery shops and restaurants, and the bus stop is next to the hotel. The hotel is cozy; the rooms are of a standard size. Very friendly staff. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the patio.

Key didn’t always work.

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle and cups which I wasn’t expecting and the bathroom was beautiful.

The only downside for me was the location on a busy main road. I also booked a garden view room and got the busy city view room.

No light in the bathroom which I only realised late . Window doors not closing completely . Kettle and mugs available but no teabags or coffee sachets . Receptionist Nicola was kind to provide when asked.

Excellent customer service , especially from receptionist Nicola who was willing to help and amend my issue. Very professional and attentive to my needs. Polite and friendly. There’s a nice lounge where you can seat and have a drink before check-in and a patio outside to enjoy a chat on a summer warm night. Excellent location, a few steps away from la Carihuela beach and restaurants.Comfortable bed and overall very clean even if basic.

No complaints

The staff were amazing - the reception team were so lovely and accomodating. Sadly didn’t catch the name of the main lady we dealt with but she was excellent. Always so helpful!
