the beds was very uncomfortable i could feel the springs through the mattress needs at least a mattress topper or definitely new mattress i ended up sleeping on too of the duvet as i couldn't sleep

Charge for safe per day , needs updating, tired , food average but ok , not ideal for couples that like a better quality hotel .

The room needed some updating the bed were uncomfortable the doors to the balcony didn’t lock and the noise from the kitchen and the bins being emptied very late at night/ morning And the bar staff were a bit grumpy

Mattresses on beds very soft due to lots of use. Definitely ready for replacement. Being expected to pay to use the safe. Being expected to pay €3 to replace a few teabags and sachets of coffee in room. No tea or coffee available in dining room in the evening. Not being able to pay for drinks in the bar with cash. Drinks had to be ordered through a QR code and paid for with a card. Staff in bar extremely busy, stressed and therefore unhelpful. Do we really need this on holiday!?

Superior room spacious and well equipped. Also quiet as requested. Quality and choice of food excellent. Fridge and kettle in room. Complimentary flamenco show one night per week which was very good. Most reception staff very helpful and courteous. Lots of trees and plants in the beautiful gardens.

We stayed here for just one night and got a room close by the highway. It felt like we were sleeping on the highway. A lot of noise and the room is very old. This hotel needs a good renovation. We payed 120 euro in low season so imagine the price in smer.. The beach is around 15 minutes walking and its a nasty beach.

The rooms need a serious renovation, because they don’t look 4 stars at all. The breakfast cand also be a bit more diversified. One thing that I didn’t like, the maid didn’t clean the room daily.

The location was very good, 15-20 minutes to Puerto Banús by foot. The employees at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Gates at rear of Hotel to access to the beach are padlocked meaning you have to walk around the main road

The bed was very hard and the noise from the highway was extremely loud throughout the evening. If you stay here, please request a room that is not next to the main road. Traffic is heavy during all hours and it makes it difficult to sleep. I could easily see this not being a problem for rooms that are not situated along the highway.

The property was very beautiful, but I did not use many of the amenities. I especially thought that the onsite chapel was lovely. The room was large enough and had two twin beds pushed together to made one large bed.

The breakfast offering is ok, the cooked breakfast isn’t the best. However the continental food was good.
