Happy with most aspects.

Welcome by Omar was warm and friendly and he and other staff were most helpful with directions. Our room was on 6th floor, but there is a lift, albeit slow and small, but it works. Breakfast was quite a good spread. The star rating is 3, but I think it probably should be towards 4 stars. Convenient to lots of places by foot.

Would have liked a small fridge to keep our wine chilled.

Location was excellent easy walking to restaurants, bars etc. room was bigger than I expected consider it was Paris. Reception staff were so friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Would have liked a fridge but not a deal breaker.

Very friendly people. The location is perfect for a city trip. Just around the corner are several brasseries with a large terras and good food. The rooms are clean and are big enough and at a very good price.

The room was quite small but manageable. If you have two rolling suitcases and need to lay them out, they will start to block something, either the bathroom door or the closet, etc. just something to be aware of but it was still nice overall

Location was great, right in the heart of the Marais. Quiet rooms that were clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Super location, extremely clean lovely helpful staff. Small Hotel right in the heart of Paris. Lovely cafes and restaurants a stroll away. Stayed in room for 4 which is actually 2 double rooms across the hall but perfect if kids are teens like ours. Can leave doors open as no one passes rooms at the end of the hall. Very quiet for the city centre hotel. General street noise.

I searched for hotels on Booking.com with the filter EV charger. On arrival it appeared there was none on site but in the neighbourhood. Misleading and very inconvenient for EV travellers who need to charger over night. The shower booth is extremely narrow. The rooms are noisy, we can hear the street and the other guests in the corridor. The doors to the room are safety doors with door closers and slam very loudly.

The location was excellent. Staff friendly. Room nice.

Room was small and cramped. Everything else was fine -- good location, close to métro, close to numerous bistros, 24 hour front desk. No frills, but we didn't want frills really. Breakfast ok. Just the room size. Tip: if you have wheels on your suitcase and you don't mind using them, if you're coming from Gare du Nord get the Métro to Réaumur-Sébastopol and walk; it's not far and a lot quicker than a taxi.

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the location was just great. Very close to the metro, some very good restaurants and bars very near by, and walkable to both Opera and Notre Dame

The room on the last floor had inclined columns that were hazardous.

Located very centrally, walking distance to many of the attractions. Very satisfactory breakfast, very attentive staff. Recommend warmly.

I had a small room at the front but that was my fault for booking last minute - I could see from the floor plan there were several larger rooms so if you book more in advance ask for one of those.

This is really nice little hotel in a great location, very close to Arts et Metier Metro and easy walking to all the attractions in the Marais and beyond. The Picasso Museum is 15 mins walk (unmissable) and the Seine/Notre Dame/Shakespeare and Co etc less than half an hour. Gard du Nord is less than half an hour on foot as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly (and no doubt amused by my poor French!). Room nice and clean, comfy bed, and great small buffet breakfast that included eggs and olives and fruit as well as the usual ham, cheese and bread products. Everyone was so friendly and smiley, I felt very welcomed and very safe.
