The breakfast was very basic. Nothing special, same dishes every day. The room very small. Even in Japan.

Had some difficulty finding the entrance as the taxi could not park in front of it.

Clean large rooms. Friendly staff. Very close to sky tree, train station , taxi stand and lots of places to eat. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from.

The price was a little high, but after we know how convenient it is located to all he things we need, It is all worth every cent.

The staff was very accommodating, and the service was superb. Breakfast was always something to look forward too. The hotel was strategically located in front of Tokyo Skytree, also it is located next to the train station, bus shuttle to Disney Resorts, convenience stores, restaurant, souvenir shops and shopping center. Overall we would like to stay there again should we ever visit Tokyo in the future.

- Spread of breakfast buffet at Sizzler is more on the cold dishes, which a nice variety of salads, but lacking in hot and warm options. Bread is disappointing. - WiFi connection was quite unstable on the first night. However, this issue was fixed after calling the front desk.

- My wife stayed in this hotel with our 2-year-old for 4D3N. This hotel is perfect for parents with toddlers. - Unbeatably location right opposite Tokyo Skytree, and directly above Oshiage Station. - The 9-storey shopping complex Solamachi at the foot of Tokyo Skytree is full of kid-friendly actitivities and dining options, so my wife didn't go anywhere else at all: 1. Sumida Aquarium at 4F (penguins and seals were my daughter's favorite) 2. Chikyunoniwa Kids Garden at 5F (playground, ocean balls, pretend-play kitchens) 3. Lovely Animore at 5F, an animal playground to get up close with adorable and rare animals. My daughter was crazy with the rabbits, sloth, owls, deers, giant turtle, chameleon and more, and she kept going back. 4. Character shops such as Pokemon Centre, Doraemon Shop, Donguri Republic Tip: They sell 1-day pass on weekdays with free access for up to 2-year-old. - Within the hotel building, there is a 2-storey supermarket called Life Central Square. - Just around the street corner, there is a convenience store Family Mart. For the first time in our Japan holidays, we didn't even bother to check it out as the Solamachi and the Life Supermarket have provided everything we needed. - The hotel was recently rebranded and renovated. It was re-opened around Nov 2022, so the room condition was prestine when we stayed there in June 2023. - The room was super spacious. The window looks out to partially blocked view of the Skytree tower and the train station, keeping our daughter entertained in the hotel room. - Free water was provided in Skytree-shaped bottles. We brought the bottles back as souvenirs. - I love the separated rooms for toilet and shower/tub. Shower is outside the bathtub which is more hygene and safe. - Dual-basin vanity top. - Last but not least, super friendly staff. After I checked out, I realized I will be late for the check-in time of my onsen hotel in Atami.

Did not notice the checkout time is 11am. Woke up late and had to pay additional 1000 yen as we checked out around noon time.

Location! Right outside oshiage subway station, so it is very convenient. The breakfast in Sizzler was also fantastic. DIY-waffle, great tea selection amongst others.

I mistakenly used the sauna, when it was being renovated; If there were a sign on the door or close to the door, that might be helpful.

The room and staff were great. The hotel was in close proximity to the Skytree. The breakfast at the Sizzler restaurant was nice, too.

I just wish I didn't get sick.

Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay, but the comfortable room and bathroom helped ease my sickness. Although I did not go out to eat nearby, there are a lot of restaurants nearby to choose from and lots of shopping and of course, the Skytree.

The location is excellent. Next to the subway station. Walking distance to Tokyo Sky tree. Solomachi shopping centre, Sumeida Aquarium and more. Food and groceries store on the first floor. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Lot of restaurants and convenient stores close by. Room was clean and towels changed every day and cleaned the room every 3 days.

The property is clean. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are nice, and its location is also excellent, The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the subway station (Oshiage), and easily accessible from Narita airport. There are also a grocery store next door and a shopping mall located right across the street from the hotel. The hotel is also kind, and keeps the 2 bigger luggages in storage for us for 3 days until after we come back to the hotel on Friday from Osaka.

Breakfast was excellent. We will come back and stay at the same hotel after visiting Osaka and Kyoto.
