I liked it all. Restaurant is closed Monday & Tuesday so some light snack options might’ve been nice (similar to the honor bar maybe?!).

I would rate it 100000/10 if I could, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed for just 1 night during our big road trip, I wish we found this diamond place earlier and rearranged our plans. Best comfort, most hospitable people, stunning nature, great cuisine, you feel like a princess waking up in the morning to singing of the birds and seeing cute horses from your window. Just amazing for a getaway to nature if you’re tired of cities - though still close to it. Literally exceptional place!

Breakfast could have been a wider selection variety.

The castle-style hotel and the beautiful park were great. Evening the lighting of the walk-path gives an exceptional mood. The nearby stable and paddock were full of horses, they were "visitor-friendly". If you want to relax outside the noisy city, this is the right place.

The staff was great. We came as part of our honeymoon trip to France and they upgraded our room to one of the better suites. This was a great surprise! The property and surrounding area was scenic and the restaurant was amazing as well.

Limited menu options if you stay for more than a couple of nights. Not much storage space for more than a few days.

The welcome upon arrival was perfect. Very thorough explaining the history of the farm and buildings. We received recommendations for relevant restaurants when we chatted about where we were planning to visit. Valentine was fantastic. The free EV charging available and free parking.

Maybe more variety in the menu, but they do say its fixed for the month based on local availability as everything is local. Maybe some snacks in the honesty bar? And maybe a communal fridge so we can store things in there overnight?

The hotel was amazing, the location was amazing, and the staff were amazing. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The pool was beautiful and the we loved the fact we were surrounded by horses! The food was really well presented and tasty and the rooms were very comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioner in our room so got a free upgrade to a suite at the end of the stay to make up for it, really appreciated.

Facilities are amazing, the self service bars are a great idea as well as the games around the pool. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

If I could give this hotel a rating of 20, I would - 10 is not enough. What an utterly magical and beautiful hotel! We could not have had a nicer stay - Domain de Biar exceeded all expectations (and our expectations were high!), from the kind, helpful and attentive staff to the beautiful facilities to the gorgeous room. We stayed in one of the newest suites, and it was not only a gorgeous space, but also so very comfortable, with no detail spared for comfort and aesthetics. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and it was a pleasure to be in our suite as well as in the restaurant, given the attractive decor, airy environment and comfortable spaces. The breakfast was delicious, and we had a wonderful dinner there our first night. The second night we had an amazing and memorable meal at a restaurant recommended by the hotel staff, for which we were very grateful. I haven't even mentioned the pool or the grounds yet - both afternoons we spent lounging by the lovely pool, which has everything you need, right down to an honor bar with delicious beers and beverages. Again, spotless, comfortable and so peaceful! The grounds are also gorgeous, there are of course many horses in the various areas, but there are also some lovely goats you can visit! I cannot wait to return here - Montpellier is such a beautiful city, and Domain de Biar made our time there even more enjoyable than we had imagined it would be!

The arrival at night through the bamboo forest is magical. We stayed for a night in the suite Bonnier de la Mosson, and it was like stepping into a novel. The grounds are beautiful.

We found a new favourite hotel and restaurant. We stayed in the suite and it was magnificent. The eye for detail is great, with special touches everywhere. You can really see that a lot of love and attention was put into creating this memorable place to stay. Loved the breakfast and massages as well. Perfect place to spoil yourself and your loved one(s) We´ll surely be back, if only for the enthusiastic and very kind Manon at the reception.

The food was of excellent quality and in that regard no complaints. However, I think it would be good to have more choice for lunch and to include some smaller or simpler dishes for a lighter and quicker lunch.

Very impressed with this hotel and the location and the staff. Particular mention should go to Manon who was extremely helpful on Reception.

Pool was freezing and needed heating and hot shower and bathrooms that worked. Dinner menu too limited. Eating two nights in a row and had to eat same thing. Plain steak? Strange. No flavor and inedible. Fish was good though. And gorgeous spot

We were travelling with our two little doggies. The hotel was in a perfect location, with plenty of space for us and the doggies to exercise. The hotel was spotless, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was of an incredible standard without being pretentious. Everything, every single thing about this hotel was absolutely up there with the best we've ever stayed in. We will most definitely return.

We stayed for three nights in their Genesis suite. Everything was 10/10. Staff and management alike made sure that everything was perfect. The restaurant was incredible. We will be surely coming back.
