The beds are very comfy and has all amenities needed. The host left us milk & and complimentary plumloaf which was a nice touch. The property was immaculately clean and amazingly decorated inside. We'll be definitely back.

Many previous people staying here have mentioned the 'tight' access of the driveway. Although it is tight, i still managed to fit in our Nissan Quasqai. I found reversing into the drive to be best & if you reverse all the way back towards the double gates at the end with the front of the car next to the entrance door, the space between the walls is wider allowing for access no different to most public car park spaces.

Location was perfect, a very quiet area of the City but within easy walking distance of everything you would wish to see (Cathederal, Castle, City centre and most importantly the Pubs, bars & Resturants. We stayed for 3 nights, which wasn't enough time to appreciate all that Lincoln has to offer. We plan to return for a longer stay with our children, hopefully this Gem of a property will still be available.

Nothing major. Biggest issue for us was parking area is very narrow, our car is wide (> 2m). We arrived during school exit, lots of cars and children around, so decided not to risk trying to squeeze down. After a couple of attempts managed to contact Tim who advised on options. We managed to park opposite being careful of yellow post mountings as advised. note: other than school run times the road is quiet Stairs a bit steep and bath narrow to stand in are possible issues for older visitors. Suggest an umbrella given recent weather, we forgot to take ours and got soaked. Tumble drier was useful though!

Very warm, clean, very good facilities throughout. Nicely decorated, good sized beds (S. King) other bed was king. Our bed was firm but comfortable, just right.

The drive was a squeeze but just managed to get the car on and squeeze out of it! Not a major issue but just thought I'd mention

There is secure parking which was good but if you have a large car It is possible to park but a slight struggle otherwise. Although there is on street parking which we used. Everything else was perfect.

The little extras like the plum loaf milk,teas and coffees Was unexpected but lovely the same time. The convenience of calling the owners if you needed too.
