Good location. The property was clean, well appointed and in good order. Beach & promenade very close. Excellent bus service within short walk. We had a couple of minor enquiries about the property & the owner was most helpful when we phoned for advice. Very good value

we had no toilet light throughout our stay and we couldn’t close the toilet blind as it was missing a screw so was on the verge of falling down.

I struggled to get a hot shower and the fire to work as was a little chilling in the morning

I mean we were happy with the caravan it’s not really a problem but something to think about.. Location of the plates/bowls is not ideal with young children (we moved them to the overhead cupboard where the glasses were and put the glasses in the cutout) Could do with a child lock on under the sink One mattress in the middle bedroom has a spring poking out the side and cut 2 of them (the one on the right) Could do with a proper cheese grater 😜

The Prosecco was a lovely touch and having squash/ ketchup/ cooking oil/ cleaning products there to use and dvds to watch. Nice and homely. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into what makes the guest stay easier. Nice new carpets/ curtains/ blankets

The state is was left after trying to contact the owner eventually got told the cleaner was off sick so we spent a day of our holiday cleaning the kitchen instead of being able to relax from the journey there. There was mould on the bedding and beds we ended up sleeping in the living room because what we found in the rooms was disgusting rubbish bloody tissue, mouldy jeans, womans underwear, leftover pizza in the oven. We was offered a refund but we haven't heard from them since and they are ignoring our messages on booking.com and texts emails and calls we got to the caravan on the 9th April its now the 1st of May and haven't heard anything. finally heard back from the owner and the owner said "Hi can you stop contacting me now please, it’s getting boarder-line harassment. You are not receiving a refund. You have left your negative review. That’s the end of it." like i said to the owner i only put the review because you have been ignoring us and havent messaged once until now and i put it try get their attention which it work and i wouldn't of put it if they didn't ignore us this isn't how you run a business. its now the 18th may.

The constant smell of moldy milk when entering, oven didn’t work and when I asked how to make woke I was left with no response. Bed quilts were absolutely filthy, key combination code did not work.

Had a lovely 2 nights here, perfectly clean and cant wait to go back. Booking already for next year 😍 so close to everything and not even a 5 minute walk to the beach x owners lovely too x thank you for a lovely stay x

I would not even give this one star but I had to put a comment so people know what I have had to experience with this van.i booked this caravan threw booking.com thinking it would be ok as the pictures looked nice for a family. when we turned up and went in the caravan it stunk of cannabis and it was not cleaned threw out. their was hair all over the bedding and the sides the pots had food on them still but had been put away like that. we went in the bathroom and their was a razor left on the shelf full of some ones hair. In the big bedroom there were clothes in the bottom of the cupboard.in one of the single bedrooms their was mould on the mattress and curtains which was also ripped the mattress protector had been burnt and was all rippped.in the other bedroom with single beds the mattress had metal sticking out of it which my youngest found buy it scratching his leg.i contacted the owner and told her and sent photos over as to what we had found at first she apologized but then after I tried to contact her again asking what was going to be done and she would not answer the phone and sent a message saying she had nothing else to say to me and to leave her caravan she was very rude on her messages so i had to contact booking.com for refund and to speak to her on my behalf.i did offer to clean the caravan so we could have stayed as we didn't get their while late and i had young children with me looking forward to enjoying their holiday.

The caravan was fairly clean but the van had a really strong smell inside. The quilts in the bedroom smelt of b.o which made the rooms smell so we had to go out and buy new.

Only slight problem was the toilet room was very small no fault to the owners just the way the lay out.

Perfect caravan! 2 minute walk to the beach! The host was super helpful and accommodating
