How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I wasn’t sure which apartment we were due to be in so had tried the key safe code on all of them to figure out. Not sure if this is something I overlooked in the details? There’s no dining table, though this wasn’t a big issue for our stay. Check-out advised 11am on booking.com but 10am in apartment, on the information sheet
Good location for City Centre and Football ground, both a short walk away (15-20mins). Really comfortable beds and great facilities. It was perfect for 4 of us going to a concert at Carrow Road. Great with a little co-op just round the corner too! Requested for an earlier check-in to allow for bag drop off which they were able to accommodate.

Property was lovely and warm . The beds were very comfortable . I booked two apartments I felt one was better equipped than the other . 2c had no eating table and chairs or saucepans so we ate in the other one and shared equipment . I have booked a night end of may and will be very happy to return

These apartments really are very special indeed, immaculately clean and so well appointed. They are also in a brilliant location, close to the city but just far enough away to not be noisy at night, hosts are truly outstanding too!

Only downfall is that there wasn’t enough toilet roll so we had to buy some of our own. We also had to buy parking nearby although was only a short walk away and also figured we probably could have parked on the road too.
The property was really clean upon arrival, facilities were all amazing, especially loved the look in the bathrooms.

Only one frying pan, would need to bring some pots and pans with you if you want to cook Heating control disabled so it was a bit cold, especially the bathroom!

As the apartment is for 4 (or 6 if using sofabed) i would have expected there to be enough wine glasses for each of us. so the crockery and glassware was a bit random. Plus there was only one teaspoon. The bedrooms could do with mirrors - only in the bathrooms - and you do need a mirror to get ready using electrical items such as hairdryers that can't go in a bathroom, obviously. I added about noise because of one of the flats had very noisy occupants banging on outside doors to be let in in the early hours a few times. It sounded as if they were knocking on our door and that did upset one of our party and kept them awake - so much so that they ended up on the sofa in the lounge.
Easy to collect the keys and the apartment was a good size, clean and of an excellent condition. both bathrooms were good. The lounge/diner was great too. Coffee and tea and fresh milk were available.

Personally I found the bed uncomfortable. The mattress was too soft for me although I understand this is a personal preference. My daughter slept well in the second bedroom and said the bed was comfortable and the room was warm. Sadly the pillows were pretty useless. Large stains on the sofa.
Beautiful apartment! We loved pretty much everything about it. Good location close to shops and beautiful furnishings throughout. Owners have done a very good job with this property.
