Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

IrelandWe got the impression that no one cleans the room, does not change bed linen and towels. When we asked to provide us with clean linen, we were promised to do so over the phone, but nothing was changed. We had to sleep dressed.

PolandIt is noisy outside and since the windows are of poor quality, also inside. There is just a toaster that serves as a shelf for the tv. No wi-fi! The beds are rather small for two people. The cleanness of the bathroom could be better. The room was not ready for us to move in at the appointed time.
The apartament is located close to numerous cafes and grocery shops. There is a variery of toiletries available and we were treated with some sweets and Pepsi.

TurkeyWhen we arrived room was not ready. Water accumulates while taking a shower because the shower drain is clogged.
The location is not bad, you can reach the center of London with a 15-minute bus ride. There was free bottled water, chocolate and crisps in the room. The person taking care of the room tried to help in every way. It is better not to expect too much

United KingdomThe towels provided were two, but we were three. The bathroom sink after we used it for the first time got blocked and even when we contacted the owner the issue was not solved. The owner kindly went into the room to try and solve the issue with the sink once we were out, but once we used again the sink it was still not draining properly and when we came back there wasn't an extra towel, I had asked for. However, overall the experience was very good.
We were supposed to stay at this hotel, but because the room wasn't ready we had been sent to another hotel owned by the same people. Therefore this review is about the other hotel owned by the same people. The room was clean and tidy. It was in a very convinient position, with a bus stop just in front of it and very close to the hotel we had actually booked. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash was provided and the towels too.

Spain1. Room Unprepared at Check-in time: The room was not ready as promised. The bed was unmade, the space was filthy, and it was apparent that no cleaning or preparation had taken place. 2. Poor Hygiene: Everything in the room was unclean, including unwashed linens, dirty surfaces, and an unpleasant odor, notably of cigarettes, which made the space incredibly unwelcoming. 3. Negligence of Maintenance: Trash was strewn about the room, indicating a severe lack of housekeeping and basic maintenance. 4. Owner's Response: When I raised my concerns to the owner, I was met with an unapologetic and dismissive attitude. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the owner advised us to vacate the room and return after a few hours while they ostensibly got the room ready, showing a complete disregard for the inconvenience caused.

We went there anyway, place was locked, no one even picked up the phone. They left us without any explanation and without place to sleep, very irresponsible, NOT RECOMMENDED!

CyprusNeed to improve the internet connection.And advice to travellers, before arrivng , give a phone call to be sure that the place is not overbooked even if you have confirmation from booking.
The area was pefect regarding metros and overground (5-15 min walking) , and bus 98 is stopping righte near the building. There are also many kinds of shops for food, clothes (tkmaxx), banks. A very quit area , people who were staying there were also nice. In the room we had a washingmachine ,a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.We were provided with tea, coffe, sugar, and sweets ,soap,shampoo .And just a 1 minite walking distance from the building is Drier servise where for 2 pounds we could dry 1 washing basket of clothes.
