In the middle of the night on both nights there seemed to be a lot of noise with the keypad outside, and on one of the nights the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but was clearly a mistake. It was just a bit disruptive. Other than that the noise level was fine otherwise.

The bathroom was nice and the bedroom, although small, was not bad either. It was nice and warm and a fine stay if it’s just somewhere you need to stay for the night if you’re going out etc.

Tv didn't work.

No breakfast available. The tv in my room didn't work therefore I was moved to a different room which was much more comfortable. The parking wasn't on site. The people were very friendly and did their best to meet my needs

The fire alarm was going off for quite a while on the Sunday night and its took about 45 mins to get turned back off.

The staff were lovely, helped answer questions about the local area, and were just generally really nice.

There is a Bar downstairs so it was a bit noisy till 23:30 - 00:30 at night.

The room was tiny but clean and things were in place - except a plate missing. Overall, it was good.

When I arrived at 10pm I didn't know how to get into the building. The telephone number I had received put me through to a call centre in India but the call worker couldn't find my booking from my name, my email address or my phone number. Eventually I discovered I had received another email with the code not long before my arrival time. A couple of strangers looking for a different room were able to unlock my room door using the code for THEIR room, thinking my room was their room. I was in the bathroom at the time. The window looked over a shopping centre rear delivery yard. There was lot of delivery vehicle engine noises and hydraulic noises (similar to a dustbin lorry) before 6am on Friday morning. However Saturday and Sunday mornings were quiet.

It was convenient for Mangotsfield and St Pauls.

No access code sent to me before I arrived. Spent ages trying to get hold of someone and get the code to get access. Trying to clarify where to park took hours. I booked this property as it advertised parking. Extremely noisy due to its location. Poor ventilation of bathroom and way to prevent it steam from entering the main room.

Cheap. Sufficient space for a single room. Kettle available, somewhere to hang clothes. Free wifi.

We had a terrible experience here and wish to lodge a formal complaint in the strongest possible terms. The venue gave us the wrong room number and access code which meant we walked in on someone else’s room. If they are giving out other peoples room codes what’s to stop them giving out our rooms codes? Felt unsafe and I think booking.com should investigate or ban this venue.

There was an alarm that was constantly beeping and I stayed Thursday till Tuesday so had a constant sore head because of this and it didn’t help trying to sleep with the constant noise. The bed was atrocious I actually have bruises from the springs. It was uncomfortable, loud and painful to try to sleep in. It didn’t mention the stairs to get into the property or inside the property. It does mention that there is a pub underneath so you expect food and entertainment what wasn’t mentioned was that it was a darts pub so no entertainment and it closed early and opened late so food wasn’t readily available. To get into the property there were metal barrels in front of the front door and laundry bags at the bottom of the stairs. I only seem one staff member and that was the day I was checking out, they came into my room even tho I had a late check out and still asked me to leave early as they had someone else to go into the room.

Possibly the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I was woken at 6 am from a delivery to a super market next door. The windows in the property were extremely poor so gave no protection from outside noise.
