The best hotel we have have stayed in. Absolutely beautifully decorated throughout. Lots of little extras in the room. Every little detail was thought of. Everything was immaculate and spotlessly clean. We didn’t want to come home. The breakfast was superb and the dining room was gorgeous. Sharon and Robin are lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. We can’t wait to come back.

Stayed for 2 nights, property was spotless clean and maintained to a high standard, comfortable bed in quiet neighbourhood, lots of little extra unexpected treats in the room, good breakfast with plenty of choice, private parking and Sharon’s a great host.

What's not to like. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming and every little detail was catered for. Little treats in the fridge, fresh chilled water available along with other hot and cold drinks at no cost. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had all you needed and was spotless. The host, is great, she makes you feel welcome and is a bubbly character, always ready for a chat if you want, and she cooks an excellent breakfast. We cannot wait to stay again this is by far the best b and b in the area

Sausages lacked flavour. Bacon was medallion style, rather than rashers. It wasn't made clear on the request sheet, that the smoked salmon was mixed in with the scrambled egg, rather than being separate on the plate. A wider selection of breakfast pastries would have welcome.

Good breakfast, but maybe a wider hot selection for example Eggs Benedict or boiled eggs would have been good. A nice touch to find complimentary soft drinks and confectionary snacks and fresh milk in the fridge. A lovely surprise to receive a birthday card, wine, chocolates and a balloon for my birthday. Great to have a sanitiser unit in the room.

Fabulous hotel with off road parking, great hosts and only a short walk into town. Excellent breakfast, great choice. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Lots of extras and very clean. Nothing too much trouble.

Everything was exceptional. Clean, extremely comfortable, nothing too much trouble, there was nothing we could have wanted that wasn’t available. The breakfast was excellent, ample choice, the hot breakfast items were cooked to perfection.

Location was excellent, quiet yet a stones throw from the centre and attractions. Breakfast was really good. Lady who runs the B&B was always helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more really!

Llandudno itself ! We witnessed some absolutely disgusting behaviour on the front by the beach. We were on the promenade and saw a bloke and some lass having an almighty argument in front of loads of kids. Suddenly the woman smacked the bloke in the head and it all kicked off. There was a massive brawl and someone called the police. This poor poiliceman turned up on his own and had to take his truncheon to the bloke who promptly snatched it off him and began assaulting the policeman and the woman with the truncheon! Then out of nowhere a crocodile crept up and stole all the sausages... (c) Geoff Tutchmouse 2023

Location was ideal - away from the front in a quiet street. Host was exceptional in respect of a personal service in this sublime residence - nothing was too much trouble. Room had everything you could think of and more and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant and dining room a delight.

Lovely room which was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and very quiet at night. Great choice for breakfast which was freshly cooked. Only a short walk to the town and seafront. Sharon was a very friendly host. We'll definitely stay there again next time we're in Llandudno.

Always stay here we we visit Llandudno stating again in 3 weeks for rhe May Bank Holiday breakfast is gorgeous loads of choice rooms are fantastic cery clean comfortable and extra touches like chic bars early plugs bath robes water chiller are fantastic definitely stay here if u plan to vist Llandudno
