I always wish hotels would provide hair conditioner as well as shampoo The steps up from the lift and the steps behind the first door might be an impediment for anyone with mobility issues Grouting in and around shower needs a little bit of attention..

After a delightful, warm and inviting welcome from Harry, we entered our lovely, well appointed, contemporary style suite The rooms are situated behind two doors creating a sense of security, calm and peace Fresh, clean, light, bright and inviting room despite my initial reservations when approaching the room from downstairs, as there was a slight pub/damp smell Sofa bed already made up as they knew there were three occupants Welcome pack included still water in bottles plus tea and coffee Large towels and lovely toiletries Fresh milk provided when we requested it from the bar The ambience of the pub is great and the location in Northern Quarter is contemporary and exciting Our breakfast, breakfast room and service throughout and around breakfast time were brilliant

The surrounding area is a bit grubby in areas, but I think that's the vibe and why a lot of people like it. I understand it's a great area for going out.

Small hotel above a pub - all very informal but clean, safe and comfortable. The local area is quite grungy with lots of bars, quite a bit of graffiti, but a good vibe and it felt reasonably safe. Not sure it would be as ideal for a single female. My meetings were in the City Centre and this location was extremely convenient - I was able to reach the Centre in about 5 mins walk.

Location somewhat off putting, not helped by extensive local building work. As is par with most hotels only 1 chair in a double room. Why is this? Could do with a shelf in the bathroom. Nowhere to put a washbag. Room210.

Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Very quiet, despite being over a pub. Breakfast was hearty.

Rooms were a bit small but nothing wrong with that and had no parking which was specified before hand, but other than that everything was great!

The place was very clean, everything was new and worked very well. The bathroom was renovated and the shower was great. The staff was very friendly and were kind enough to change rooms when asked for a higher floor! The bar is also very good food and service were great!

Was a little hard to find at 1st from postcode, but nothing else tbh

Close to AO Arena, 10 min walk. Nice to have a hotel room, where you can have a drink and not have to travel afterwards lol Lovely atmosphere, breakfast was delicious 😋& filling !

The internet! I wanted to log on for work but there was no privacy. It was an open service so work banned it and I had to leave early to go somewhere I could safely use!

A great place to stay for location to the shops and bars right in the city centre,nice and clean rooms cleaned everyday,the staff were very welcoming and helpful,we'd definitely stay here again.
