Quiet room overlooking the river. comfy bed. large TV Shampoo and shower gel clearly labelled so I didnt have to get my reading glasses to differentiate between them!

Good breakfast good selection of food.food was hot.It was our anniversery and we were given a room upgrade with a river view.All staff were helpful and friendly.Had dinner one night and food and service was very good.

Car Park.. Way too small for the size of property!! I was travelling in a work vehicle and needed to get away first thing. Thankfully one of the staff managed to sort it for us..

Excellent location and the staff were amazing!! Cannot fault anything with our stay other than the car parking situation isn't great! We managed to get sorted by one of the staff members.. Thanks so much!!

Spotlessly clean, lovely bar area, loved the complimentary coffee in the morning at the restaurant even if you haven't booked breakfast. Evening meals also very good.

Nothing! If I had to be picky I'd say the car parking situ- it's a first in best dressed service in a small carpark for a hotel of its size

Location - 10 minutes walk from city centre, loads of eateries, right on the river Rooms were beautifully appointed & everything spotless. Dinner was great & a huge array of breakfast options Staff very helpful & polite

We managed to park ok, but doesn't seem like much parking for the size of the hotel. But apart from that. We had nothing we didn't like about the hotel. It was lovely

We had a lovely stay. Hotel looked lovely, staff were lovely. We enjoyed our meal there. Room was lovely and bed super comfy. Shower amazing. We had a 1 Yr anniversary and had said in the email and received a lovely little present, was super cute 😍

The entitled witch who screamed at the staff at the bar in the evening demanding a glass from a bottle only serve of wine….and was given it after speaking to the staff like dogs. Was super disappointed to see the staff disrespected so much by their manager not backing them up in the face of rude and arrogant behaviour. Also would be good if the rooms could have a little more lighting options, was hard to find stuff in my suitcase.

Rooms were stunning with beautiful views. Very comfortable and well appointed. Shower was perfect could have stayed all day in it. Lobby and bar were beautiful and the staff were attentive and polite and friendly. Breakfast was lovely but a little on the expensive side for what was basically a Premier Inn buffet, would have been better if there were options for personalised food such as poached eggs or hollindase

The location was perfect . Was nice and quiet but only a short walk from the shops restaurants bars etc . The staff were excellent . Room was perfect . Clean towels each day . Beautiful modern room and even had a little fridge .

Everything, this is our second visit to this new Inverness hotel,the situation is ideal just a few minutes walk from town centre,and bus and train station.would certainly recommend the AC Inverness Hotel
