The room decoration was slightly too simple but not a very big deal

The only thing that was worth noting was noise of tube train rumbling on and off til the service finishes for the night - I wasn’t bothered find it strangely comforting but may bother some people

The location was great , the welcome and staff were exceptional - really felt nothing was too much trouble and a home away from home - would definitely stay there again .

Location for SW London is great. Less than 5 mins from any of the shopping, albeit I was there on business. Service. It feels like your own personal residence (don’t confuse with B&B!), with the household staff. Breakfast on point. Butler on point. Reception on point. Cleaning on point. I had to book very last minute and a room was available. Greeted at the door, like I’d been there a thousand times before. If you like the tailored service ie your a name not a number, then this place is for you.

Hmm... very special experience... even in room on 3rd floor you can hear and feel EVERY train from subway. Not especially annoying or noisy- more like in Harry Potter movie! What else in London?

All good - some would probably find the underground tube vibration a bit distracting though for us it brings more uniqueness to the place!

Since the very first moment we arrived, this hotel brings us smile and joy. The place is exceptionally well-designed, it's so beautiful and clean. The lounges are very comfortable (my husband specifically enjoy his early-morning reading time here!), the gym is small but functional, and the room - oh, the room. We especially love the high ceilings and comfy bed (++ the free chocolate). The staff is approachable, super friendly and professional, everything is lovely! The location is perfect - a quiet street and easy access to museums, cafes, and other public transport. I would also recommend at least one breakfast here for a complete experience of the hotel. I would say that pillows were really too thick although the matress very comfortable. The lighting is a little too weak for my taste and the switches a bit confusing.

Like all good hotels is London - very expensive.

The staff were superb - friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and everything freshly prepared. The room was lovely, bed super comfy and the bathroom was lovely - just a little too warm.
