We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDidn't see any staff. You get instructions to open a key box. Although close in distance to Heathrow, if arriving by train (as I did) you need a taxi/Uber for the short journey, wiping out any savings on the cost compared to a conventional hotel.

SwedenOn Google maps it’s marked as in the middle of the street, but it’s actually at the end of the street. Maybe it was dark, but I felt like the property could have a sign.
I liked the kitchen, it was nicer than expected. The rooms were, while small and spartan, exactly enough. Bathrooms are shared but are perfectly clean and fine.

I missed the fact that the bathrooms are shared. The room was very small and basic, the bed comfortable though. Since I only slept for 4 hours it was fine but anything longer than one night is really not recommendable. I really didn’t know I had to share the shower with all the other guests. It’s super close to terminal 2 by bus!!!

Was charged a deposit which I do not know if I got back. Don't trust the owner. There was no staff there to ask. Could not contact the owner by phone. Had to ask a cleaner to contact the owner who immediately got through.

PolandThe experience was definitely spoiled by the very complicated check in process, which added stress and made me lose time unnecessarily. Even though you book and pay for your stay, you're not immediately provided the full address - it only happens after you answer a bunch of email asking you to sign some threatening additional agreements, send your passport picture etc. I had to use another hotel's wifi to be able to complete that. That's the last thing exhausted passengers expect.
The place is minimalistic but good enough to rest before your next flight. I appreciated the cleanliness.
