not large room, many things but it wasn't a bad stay - just wouldnt stay for more than a night - it was an easy transit room for my early morning flight

Didn't see any staff. You get instructions to open a key box. Although close in distance to Heathrow, if arriving by train (as I did) you need a taxi/Uber for the short journey, wiping out any savings on the cost compared to a conventional hotel.

On Google maps it’s marked as in the middle of the street, but it’s actually at the end of the street. Maybe it was dark, but I felt like the property could have a sign.

I liked the kitchen, it was nicer than expected. The rooms were, while small and spartan, exactly enough. Bathrooms are shared but are perfectly clean and fine.

The room smelled like something had died in it; even a neighbour commented. The walls are very thin, can hear neighbour conversations. Took 26pound deposit but return 25pound. First time through Booking.com I've had to sign a private agreement and pay bond. Heater in room not working.

Clean. Easy bus to Heathrow.

The room was very small with a single bed. No bedside table or light. The bedhead slightly overrllappped the doorframe. No hangers in the wardrobe. Shower (in separate room on the ground floor) too hot.

The bathroom facilities weren’t the best. There were exposed pipes in the bathroom and the shower was not nice either.

It was right opposite the airport which is what i needed the property for.

Not ensuite had to go downstairs to shared bathroom. No staff present. Found it hard to find and neighbours had to tell us where keys were

Fire smoke alarm broken in the bed room. Landing area not cleaned. Typical HMO. Knobs broken on the heating radiators, could do with regular painting on the walls.

Sharing shower and bathroom with others.

I missed the fact that the bathrooms are shared. The room was very small and basic, the bed comfortable though. Since I only slept for 4 hours it was fine but anything longer than one night is really not recommendable. I really didn’t know I had to share the shower with all the other guests. It’s super close to terminal 2 by bus!!!

The stairs are quite creaky and it very noisy walking up and down

No one was there when I arrived - only the cleaner lady who could not even speak English very well. No address was given so I had to get the address from one of the reviews. Was charged a deposit which I do not know if I got back. Don't trust the owner. There was no staff there to ask. Could not contact the owner by phone. Had to ask a cleaner to contact the owner who immediately got through.

Room was very comfortable and good location.

Everything was broken: shower only gave very hot water, close dryer did not work, general disrepair of structure. I'd estimate that it's a value at 30 GPB.

The experience was definitely spoiled by the very complicated check in process, which added stress and made me lose time unnecessarily. Even though you book and pay for your stay, you're not immediately provided the full address - it only happens after you answer a bunch of email asking you to sign some threatening additional agreements, send your passport picture etc. I had to use another hotel's wifi to be able to complete that. That's the last thing exhausted passengers expect.

The place is minimalistic but good enough to rest before your next flight. I appreciated the cleanliness.

the instructions hard to follows - gave the impression it was a horror movie, a kid can write better instructions, room was not clean, poor workmanship obvious, a guest spent longer than 30 minutes trying to sort out booking and instructions (and he called me for help) , address and phone number were not obvious when booking - this is not a room for a user of terminal 5 - this is only value for money and better than a hostel

Extra cost deposit to pay to have been made clearer before booking as took away from the cheap price.

Good for a short stay for the airport.
