Absence of lifts/ elevators or bellhops - you dont want to be on the last floor. Thin walls - I could hear what was being discussed in the adjoining rooms, limited what I could converse in my room. No direct staff onsite to interface with - I had to call the Customer care line everytime to get basic things done. All my sockets stopped working and I couldnt get anyone onsite to fix it. Even a call to the customer care line still couldnt get it done. Checked out in the morning.

Several items were below par. The bedding was marked with black streaks even though it was clean overall. The carpet was very stained. There was nothing except the bed and a plastic bucket chair in the room for seating. No coffee or milk was left in the room - just some tea bags and sugar sticks. No plug in the sink which was difficult when the shower failed to work - the temperature was stuck at 48degs and was scalding. I reported it and a new shower was fitted but the valve was still not functioning properly and I was unable to take a proper shower. The WiFi kept dropping off and so the tv was very pixelated and it wasn’t possible to watch Netflix. This was rectified when the property manager came to deal with the shower issue. There’s no lift in the property and the stairs are narrow winding and steep so it was a little bit more difficult to get my case up and down the second floor.

Great location just yards from the tube and shops and restaurants. Room was reasonable size with openable windows and a fan for comfort. Contact with staff was good. Felt safe in the area.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The bath tub had a broken corner and no plug in. There was no milk to put in the tea or coffee. In general, it felt like a lack of care in the details.

The location of the hotel is great and there's many food options around.

My room was on the top floor, so had to walk up many flights of stairs to get to it as no lift. Don't book here unless you're travelling very light, or don't mind a leg day workout. Couple in opposite room were being obscenely loud all night, and morning (she was very obviously faking), I didn't sleep a wink because of this. I got in touch with the hotel about this, but not sure if anything was done about it but the lady on the phone was nice. General light coming in through the window in the morning was a bit much after sleepless night too as blind wasn't good enough coverage. Those were my only 2 gripes really, for the location though, and the room I had, it was super.

Location 1 min walk from tube, toiletries and toothbrush/paste provided, manager helped me with my case up the stairs and explained everything about getting in and out etc, tea/coffee and little chocolates provided as snacks, nice view from the top floor, nice decor, didn't properly try the shower but looked ok, check-in experience was easy, Netflix access on the TV, locks on the doors. Hotel service was great, I had a WhatsApp contact in case of any issues, got a call aswell to check everything was OK so that was appreciated.

I’ve stayed here 3 times now, and everytime the bathrooms have smelt like a sort of sewage smell. And there has been ants in the bathrooms around the sinks

No lift and no fan We got 5th floor for family consisting of kid.and without lift it was difficult to climb up and down with luggage baggage. No fan is available and no sufficient window opening.

Fantastic location at Earl's Court and only 1 minute walk to Earl's Court underground station. Good value for that part of West London.

The room smelt damp. The shower door was broken so my partner had to hold it closed to prevent water from going everywhere else. Window only opened a little and although I can understand its that way for safety as we were on the 5th floor it prevent us from airing out the room trying to get rid of the stench. Stained carpet in room and damp carpet near the window. Room did not look like anything advertised!! Very dissatisfied.

The bathroom was challenging to get about in and there is a problem with their plumbing. Location is great. The establishment is good with their communication. A larger table in room would have been more welcoming. Comfortable room and grateful for that after a long day in London.

There was a lovely big tree providing some privacy. Wonderful big window next to the bed for fresh air. Not great for winter though. Hot water only lasts about 1-2min so if you a couple best shower together and very quickly. The bathroom smells badly and is an extremely small space to maneuver about in. Good location overall!!!

The window handle was broken making it difficult to open and shut. The WiFi took a long time to connect to the TV and when it did the signal was too weak to load anything causing me to use a hotspot connection from my mobile. The sink had a horrible smell that took over the whole room, I could see what appeared to be mould in the sink drain as well as a hole on the side of the sink drain that made water leak onto the floor whenever I used the sink. One of the spotlights on the ceiling was flickering when the lights were turned on.

We got the first room st very poor conditions. Toilet was not clean properly. Two corners of the room have big holes and I could hear something running under the floor at night. Bed is very bad quality, like you sleep on springs without anything in between. I could not sleep at all. Staff was quick in responding by call for any problem. But it took time to come. They change new room for us in next day, but inside was unfinished wall repairing yet. Shower knob was hard to turn.

It is only good location, nothing is appropriated at all.

Genuinely the worst hotel I have stayed and and not the cheapest on either. First I turned up with my girlfriend and we walk in and there is a physical threatening altercation with the owner and a customer in which we are made to sit outside. Then we get in and we are told we have a basement room which is fine. We get down I booked a double and received two single beds. There is no bin in the room for sanitary purposes. No fan which again is fine but would be nice to have. The window only opens and inch and the curtains have white staining on them. If you stay in the basement at around 3-4am you will hear rats or mice scratching at your outer walls, I wish I was lying. The cherry on top was we had to keep a towl on front of the toilet as it leaked toilet water very time you flushed and didn’t have any extraction vents. Barely seen the staff and after the first day we both decided to just leave it stay the night and book another hotel. Please for your safety and security do not stay here!

I was on the fourth floor the windows didn’t close easily, they open fully out and the amount of pressure needed to close them was unbelievable. I have worked in London for over 25 years so have stayed in many hotels, with a rating of 5/10 I didn’t have high expectations, but this place is easily in my top 5 worst hotels I have stayed in. Check-in was painful as it is all done over the phone and then by email. Me and the other two people checking in all found it bad. There was no WiFi . If I had paid £30 for the night I might have been less upset, but it was £120. The room stinks owing to the shower/toilet drain in there. It would probably have been a more pleasant experience sleeping at the tube station.
