The TV wasn't working in the lounge very well (luckily we took our tablet for tv), the master bed was low and very soft to sleep on (personal preference for a medium/firm mattress) once we had been shopping and put food in the cupboards we had noticed a few ants floating around the kitchen tops before realising they were in the cupboard, if we had left it any longer who knows how many more ants would of arrived.

The hot tub was a bonus, and the location was great, very quaint. WiFi was really good. Very spacious with plenty of room in every room, clothes rail was useful, would have been more homely having wardrobes to match the chest of draws.

The smell from kitchen it wasn’t nice and drifting into hallway and rooms. It is a communal kitchen and may not be owner fault but the smell was overwhelming!

We like the room and area was very nice. Was only 20 min drive to hemsby beach.

The communal dining kitchen was fine as a principle, but the contents of the cupboards were random and not as clean as we’d have liked.

The decor was basic, a few old pictures could be replaced with some modern pictures to add pops of colour. Pointless shelves in lounge. We stayed in Willow

The property was large and clean. It is self catering and has all the basics supplied. Set in an ideallic setting with a pond outside full of ducklings. There is a hot tub available but we did not use this during our stay. The owners knew it was my partners birthday and a bottle of wine and flowers were left which was such a lovely touch.

The clothes rail was very wobbly! And the walls are very thin so we heard every word of the conversation in the room next door!

We got 2 emails, 1 about the road closure well after we'd arrived. Had found out using Google maps. Also late check out offer only arrived at 9.30. Maybe there's a delay in your email account.

The smell from the sewage was dreadful. The bed was the noisiest & most uncomfortable thing. Whoever turned over wake the other person up. The big downside is that you are at the mercy of the other guests. We had a neighbour upstairs constantly slamming doors from 11.45pm-1.30am one night, then on our last night a party of 22 guests turned up with 9 canoes on a 40 foot trailer & took over the car park with zero consideration for anyone else.

Well thought out development, staff were all lovely, polite, helpful & genuine. Room & facilities very clean, and there was good provision.

Kettle in room needs changing , a lot of lime scale which caused lots of bits floating around, I had to clean the kettle each time we used it. location would normally be OK but the main road in is mostly road works causing delays and extended journeys each time we went out.

On the whole the property was fantastic, the only thing I would point out is that the shower fittings in both bathrooms could do with updating, this is not a negative point just an observation that would make this property perfect.

Plenty of space, nicely laid out and furnished. Well equipped and the hot tub was a nice touch after a long day visiting family. In a wonderful peaceful location and not far from Norwich city centre or the coast.

The area is quiet and rural. Easy access to Norwich and surrounding areas. The room was lovely. Enough space for two friends traveling together. Self catering. Good facilities: access to a kitchen with space to sit and eat. Good shower, hot water and plenty pressure.

Owen the manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge as well. There was plenty of parking and the kitchen was well equipped. The Barns are in well kept grounds and surrounded by countryside.

The size, decor and layout was excellent. Welcoming dogs was great, the rooms and bedding were perfect. It's quiet lane location was great too. Garden area and outside seating was nice.

We loved the setting. East of entry with the key in the door. This was excellent value for money.

The room was clean but small. The facilities were minimal ie: no milk for the tea/coffee and no shop near enough to buy.
