Excellent apartment, we had a brilliant weekend stay. The location is perfect, so close to everything -bars, shops, restaurants and the arena but quiet nights sleep. Great hosts that provided all of the details for check in and parking and on hand if needed. Comfy bed, great sleep and everything we needed. We will return…definitely left feeling more relaxed than we arrived. Great meal at Bills and lovely snacks from Ugly Bread Bakery. Enjoyed the rum at The Lost Caves… shhhhh… if you can find them that is 😁.

The appartment had a tiny whiff of cigarette smoke when we arrived but honestly I have no idea where it was coming from as everything was beautifully clean and there are "No Smoking" signs! Maybe some guests not long before us broke the rules? It wasn't at all bad though, and I couldn't notice it once we'd been inside for 5 mins, so I'm sure it will fade. It did not detract from our trip.

Lovely host who met us to hand over the keys and explain how to get in etc. They were also flexible on our arrival and departure times due to the bookings either side of us which worked really well for us, and were generally really communicative and easy to get hold of. The appartment is very well presented and the location was great - easy walk from the station, very close to shops, bars, restaurants, and various touristy things. It was an excellent base for us during our 2 night stay. Can recommend the nearby tapas restaurant too! I saw some people complained about noise keeping them awake, and on the Saturday I did notice a bit but I'm pretty sure it stopped at around 11pm and it was super quiet after that. It didn't bother us at all, and we were also not woken up early by any street noise on either night that we stayed.

Unfortunately the weather was extremely warm and the appt has lovely large windows, which hardly open. It was therefore unbelievably hot and we chose to leave as we could hardly sleep.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and communicated via message prior to my arrival and met me in person to hand over the keys and show me around.

We thought that the property itself was lovely. Really felt like quite a special place to stay for a weekend. On top of that, location-wise, it was pretty much ideal for everything we needed.

this is a stunning apartment with beautiful high ceilings and has been decorated to a very high standard. the location is excellent - especially for the Motorpoint Arena. the hosts and their family are very lovely

Everything was absolutely perfect! The flat is in a fabulous location near town, the flat itself is gorgeous. It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay including towels, iron, hair dryer, tea/coffee etc. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable we slept great! Communication was also great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Nottingham! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Tina from the first second helped me feel like I was visiting family with her smile and kindness The apartment was lovely. Very clean kitchen with everything someone would need to cook and eat in the apartment itself. Very clean and nice bathroom with a big bathtub. The bedroom was amazing with a big and very comfortable bed, Overall an amazing experience. Will look forward to coming here again.
