Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The room was lovely and clean and it was great that there was a bath in the bathroom. The staff were lovely. The location is a little further out than we would usually stay, which has tended to be closer to Covent Garden or Waterloo, but being close to a tube station meant we could easily get where we wanted to go.

I would just say that the superior king bedroom, with it being superior, I thought it would have been a bit bigger? Saying that though, we were still very impressed and completely enjoyed our stay.

Very modern interior as you walk in and in the lounge and restaurant also the staff were exceptional even to the smallest detail, they have really made our stay very enjoyable and went above and beyond. Very clean and well kept.

cleaning staff, could be heard working in morning changing rooms. They walked into our room 2x, during our stay, before 9am and left quickly when they saw the room was occupied.

Hotel was located 2 minute walk away from a tram station(so convenient for getting around) and was a 5 minute walk away from the tower or london, etc

There is nothing to say here; I couldn't fault our stay.

We booked an overnight stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were very kindly given a complimentary room upgrade & the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our celebration perfect. Huge thanks to Mariya, who did the most amazing job of preparing our room for us. We were blown away when we walked in. All the staff were really welcoming. The hotel itself has everything you could possibly need & a minibar plus on site restaurant. The hotel was on a quiet street just 2 minutes away from Fenchurch Street & Tower Hill stations so it was the ideal base for our short break in the city. We would definitely love to stay here again.

I was told the room was a twin but the two single beds were right next to each other between small tables so it felt like being in a large double rather than two singles.

It might have been a one off, but there was disturbance outside the hotel which lasted most of the night. The police should have been called sooner as it was quickly dispersed once they had arrived

Reception staff were so friendly and accomodating. Even the restaurant onsite was fantastic -- delivering probably the best fish and chips of our trip to our room after a long day of walking. Location is fantastic for tube access and so much interesting history.

AC was not working some night, but the staff was helpful when we raised this.

The lighting in the bathroom was exceedingly poor. The makeup/shaving mirror was on one extreme side of the room and was not properly illuminated. There was nowhere to hang a hand towel so that it could be reused readily. Also, there was nowhere to plug-in a hair blower in the bathroom, which is very important for women.

The breakfast was outstanding! The service at the desk and in the restaurant was fabulous.
