What a wonderful place to stay, the apartment was like a home from home (Only decorated better!) Very beautiful, comfortable and already booked to come back! Everything you could need and a great location!

Amazing location, handy for the Orme and central for the town. Spotless apartment, with everything provided and little welcoming extras. Warm and comfortable homely feel to flat, spacious and well laid out.

Everything was brill but if I had to pick on anything I’d say the property would benefit from a Wi-Fi booster as it does not work in the bedroom at the back and 4/5G was really poor on my network. There is also a very noisy nightclub over the road that generated a lot of noise in the early hours. This didn’t bother us as we are a couple who slept at the back so were not disturbed but I imagine it may be a problem if sleeping on the sofa beds in the lounge.

Really well maintained with high end facilities and so much provided for a very comfortable stay. Felt like home from home, so much so I have re-booked already for next Easter as there are still bits we needs to do in Llandudno and the surrounding area that we didn’t get chance to do. Our cat was welcomed too which was a real bonus.

Only downside for us was being up the stairs on the first floor as we had our daughter with us and needed a pram, made it a little difficult getting up and down the stairs but certainly wouldn’t put us off returning.

Loved the decor and layout of the apartment. The bed was super comfortable and pillows were amazing. Cute little touch of cakes on arrival. Had everything you could ever need, like a home from home. Perfect set up!

Stayed for 2 nights over New Year. The apartment was absolutely fabulous. Extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! Super clean. Would definitely love to return and would highly recommend it. Location is perfect for everything. Hosts very friendly and communication brilliant. A real gem and a credit to the owners.

We didn’t stay long enough!

The location was fantastic. Right in the centre and found it easy to park the car for the weekend. The owners have thought of everything and it was like home from home. The mince pies, milk and ice were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! Will definitely be coming back.

Loud music from nearby clubs and pubs on Friday and Saturday night until after midnight. Having the tv on in the living room during the evening helped block out most of the noise.Thankfully the bedroom was very quiet as it was at the back. We only stayed Friday and Saturday so not sure what it's like during the week.

Apartment was clean with modern decor. Facilities excellent.

Excellent location minutes from the promenade, pier, restaurants and shops . Spacious and spotlessly clean and very well equipped with high quality furnishings and utensils. Welcome treats appreciated. Third visit. I'm sure we will return. Ideal for weekend or short breaks.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. You could not ask for more from the hosts. They have catered for every need you might have. It’s spotless and so well decorated. It is close to the pier and the shops which is great for little kid legs. Absolutely loved our stay here.

5 star top! 10 out 10! All I can say is highly recommend, the owners Jo & Mike excellent communication very kind. I was doing a surprise birthday for my fiance birthday i asked if I would give them some money for balloons they said no need they put up for free as well as balloons they put up birthday banner balloons cake lovely message! Very thoughtful! Lovely apartment perfect for us and little one. location right on your door step restruants shops, beach and pier 5 minute walk. Great takeaways! Clean lots of facilities in apartment! Price great value! Perfect little holiday for October! Bed was so comfortable felt like you was in a 5 start luxury bed thankyou so much again. We will be back next year
