Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Everything was perfect apart from the water pressure from the shower and taps. We did call downstairs and he said that they’ve been having problems with the water and he would go down and have a look. The shower did work eventually so it was just a minor issue. The breakfast was perfect and the manager who served us was very friendly and polite. Overall a lovely place 😁

United KingdomThe plumbing in the Sankey Soap was a little hit and miss on this visit, the shower started then went off then started again and at one point we couldn't get cold water from the tap in the sink. We have stayed in this room before and it's the first time this has happened.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is great. The hotel is situated close to transport and shopping.

It was very central to public transport, shops and restaurants. Cosy room breakfast was great. Thermostat in the room and electric fan. Netflix also on TV.

United KingdomWe had no water, had to ring down the first night and son got shower, then we went out for the evening. When we came back no water to even wash hands. The following morning, not enough water for two showers. I believe there is a problem with the water system at the minute. So this wouldn’t put me off returning. If your mobility isn’t the best ask for a room on the first floor.
It was very clean and convenient to the city. The staff were lovely. I loved the idea of it being an old English pub with rooms.

United KingdomAt the time we visited, the Hotel had problems with the water supply to the bedrooms which created an inconvenience. Staff to whom we reported this we're embarrassed about the problem. They also worked in our interests to reduce the inconvenience. We were told actions were in place to resolve the problem. Hopefully, not an issue for future guests.
Great small hotel, located on the edge of the city. Suited us perfectly for our visit to Manchester. Room was great, nicely quiet and adequate space. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Thanks to cleaning staff. Breakfast was great. Staff were all polite and friendly and eager to make our stay there pleasurable.

LithuaniaBreakfast was served in a different hotel, which is like 10 minutes away. Breakfast was supposed to start at 08:00 but when we came at 08:20 we got told that it's going to be ready in 20 minutes. You can hear the cars throughout the night.
The rooms were tidy and you can't hear the pub through the night since it closes at 23:00. The pub at the bottom is nice. Staff is friendly and the reception is open 24/7. There's also a separate kitchen in which you can cook yourself. Rooms are about 20 to 25 square meters instead of 6.

Windows had to be opened as it was 26° registering on the room thermostat even with the windows open, fan provided which helped a bit thank you. Would stay again but maybe when it cools down.
