Everything was perfect however I would be a little concerned in the height of summer as there was no air con in my room. However this was not a problem during my stay in mid May.

Excellent standard of accommodation, cleanliness and attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Location is perfect for getting around London, right in the centre but in a quiet street.

Breakfast was underwhelming! Bag breakfast which did not provide enough sustenance for one who was embarking on a busy day of sightseeing. Did not know if allowed to have more than one which would have been repetitive anyway. I left hungry and disappointed.

Staff were amazing, very personable, accommodating and eager to ensure a pleasant experience. Also allowed us to use luggage storage facility for the day even though we were checked out. Accommodations were very clean, shower was great.

It would be great to have 2 pillows each on the bed (or in the wardrobe). We always have to ask for extra pillows. Disappointingly, on our last visit, the chap on reception check in, was very much focused on conversing with my husband, but sadly, he did not engage with me at all. This was very uncomfortable and noticeable, and we wondered if this could be due to cultural differences. We have never experienced this previously when staying at this lovely hotel.

We stayed here twice in a month, the first time to attend a concert at The Barbican and the second time on the day of the London Marathon to support our son in law who was participating. The location for both trips was just perfect.... We had previously stayed here last year to go to the theatre, and once again, its location was exactly where we needed to be. It is now our 'Go To' London hotel. The rooms are spacious, and everything is ALWAYS spotless. We needed a fan, and one was bought to our room for us, and we were able to store our luggage (in the luggage store room) whilst we watched the marathon and collected it later which we were really grateful for.....We will definitely be back 😀

It was a little too far from the Underground access. Long walk. The hotel was not air conditioned. Had to leave the window open. Lots of noise from the pub next door late into the night

You can hear the tube day and night, seems like it's running just under the hotel. In the room it's not enough of fresh air and the windows are locked. There is no toilet brush.

I know the breakfast was continental but some cereals and toast would be nice a bag containing croissant,juice and yoghurt was ok but not everybody choice. Other than that everything else was good and the staff friendly and welcoming.

You list the breakfast as being continental which we have enjoyed in the passed only this time there was no consideration for diabetics who should not have just jame or marmalade also not everyone likes yogurts you had not even made arrangements to have a toaster there or any thing different there was no meats or cheeses or little crusty cobs laid out like before and no cerials for those who are don't like or can not eat croissants as this is the only meal you provide it was a great disappointment

Very surprisingly even though we were inthe 4th floor the building vertebrates the subway noise which goes underneath every couple of minutes. Thankfully the subway stops around midnight so we had a few hours quiet sleep.

Very good size room for London. Nice bathroom with good facilities. Staff were very friendly and the location for what we required was good.

The only comment is about a very strange noise in this specific room, like tram passing buy, which woke me up in the midnight. No water for drinking in the room.

Location was excellent, very clean, modern room, facilities were excelent, Mr.Abdul the receptionist very welcoming and supportive, smooth registration.

Very minor issue which didn’t bother us, as it was almost like white noise (perfect for some families!) but this could bother light sleepers - we realised we were directly above the Underground. Nothing can be done, again we did not find it a nuisance but some people might not like that.

The breakfast isn’t good. They only give you one bag with one crossaint, one small juice’s bottle and one yogurt. We are expecting a buffet breakfast

Avoid staying at first floor as you can’t sleep because of the noise of the metro it’s so annoying
