Disappointed with the early noise from trains started around 5am. I was in room 1 on the ground floor so maybe the noise was not noticeable on other floors?

After delayed travel back to the UK we needed an overnight stay near Euston train station, Astor Vourt was perfectly situated and very accommodating.

The hotel is located right next to the underground station and you can hear the trains until after midnight and starting from about 5 am, about every 10-20 minutes. This woke me up unfortunately at night and in the morning. The soundproofing of the rooms is lacking and I could hear everything going on around me in all directions.

The room is wonderful, clean and spacious! The location of the hotel is central, close to Oxford street and the city center. The staff were very nice and professional.

The pillows were terrible, super flat and hard. And the noise from the tube was a bit annoying.

A personal things is that we found the bed too hard. I suspect it’s less of a problem for those a bit younger than us, but it was hard to get settled. The really unfortunate aspect of the hotel is its location right above a tube line and the fact the the room vibrated every time a train passed (and we were on the fourth floor). Take ear plugs and try to keep your head away from the headboard so as to minimise the vibration effect. Such a shame as staff and facilities are very good indeed.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel in general and the room were very clean and well-presented. The location was very good for accessing some work and leisure activities nearby.

The room has been recently renovated and was very spacious! The bathroom was HUGE The location was great and just a very short walk to Regent Street!

The staff at check in and check out , the were not rude but just not interested, I asked for water after checking in and he was nearly talking me out of it as there was a cost which I was happy to pay, When checking out the girl called the room at 11.09 to say we were late checking out, I asked her was the room booked for tonight to which she said no so why the rushed checkout ? Other than that it is a great hotel for shopping location location. Location I would recommend your team smile but that’s just me 😁

Last minute find , big comfy rooms , had read the reviews on noise of trains but it stopped at 12 so no problem there, the bathroom was fab the room clean and very nice decor, would recommend

The pillow was not great, offered no support, and my neck hurt. The room doesn't have a full-length mirror or anywhere you can dry and style your hair in front of the mirror, a bit awkward for two women! The mirror in the wardrobe door is useless because you can't stand in front of it. The shower looked lovely and modern but the pressure was low. We were on 5th floor. We would feel the vibrations of the underground trains, but it didn't bother me, though. Breakfast was a bag containing a fruit corner yoghurt, orange juice, and a croissant. No cooked option or toast, but I knew that when I booked.Tea of coffee was available.

9yrs since we stayed here, and it has been beautifully refurbished, modern and stylish, spotlessly clean. It is in an ideal location close to Oxford Circus.

The only disadvantage to mention, my room was on the ground floor and I could hear/feel underground train running regularly ). I guess it's normal for Central London.

Location is wonderful, just a short walk from Regent Street! Staff was welcoming. Great spacious room with comfy bed and everything needed. Bathroom was sparkling brilliantly with cleanliness! Impressive!

Noise of clanging outside the hotel around 4am Tues 5th Dec. Went on for about 45 minutes. Nothing the hotel can do about it but let's you know your in London

Pretty much everything was perfect. The room was a TARDIS, with the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a hotel. Spotless!!! The coffee/tea was high quality. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a little bit luxury at an affordable price.

There was noise from the tube train even from the 5th floor.

Great hotel, nice location 15 min walking distance to oxford street. The room was preety large and very clean. Every day the staff organized our room and changed towels.

Very noisy. You can constantly hear (and feel) the tube running underneath the hotel, as well as pretty much everything happening around the room

The rooms should have been soundproofed better. One night the neighbors had a long, loud argument after midnight and we could hear every word. We were also kept awake by simple conversations from both neighboring rooms.

Only one pillow on the bed which was very flat. Bed otherwise was comfortable. Flush on toilet behaved strangely.

The shower was in a different place than the toilet "French type", which was kind of inconvenient.

The location was very good. A few minutes away from Goodge St underground station and working distance from Oxford and Regent streets. Very quite yet several pubs, restaurants and branch in the area.

Don’t pay for breakfast it’s not worth it at all , nice cafes are just around the corner . They charge for early check in / out even if rooms are ready . No mini bar/bottled water ( bring your water bottles) if you’re not comfortable drinking tap water .
