Wonderful hotel, nice rooms, beautiful garden, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurants, comfortable beds, modern bathroom with superior Arran toiletries, sufficient parking spaces. A great place to discover the Isle of Arran.

Absolutely NOTHING!

Absolutely EVERYTHING 💓 What an absolute 'gem' of a place, to the point that we've booked to go next May for 5 nights! The location, facilities & the staff were exceptional....Ashley especially. The lady at reception (sadly didn't get her name) was so helpful.

I didn’t realise there were different rooms in the spa resort vs the lodge. I thought it was all one place.

Beautiful property set in a gorgeous location. Very close to the ferry. Great spa and facilities such as games room etc.

Price of meals and alcohol was very high.

The staff were fantastic. They were more than happy to help with questions about the resort and things to do in Arran. We really enjoyed the Executive plus perks (hot tub & lounge area with free soft drinks/snaks). We also love how dog friendly Auchrannie Resort is.

Great breakfast, great location, stylish, tastefully decorated rooms and modern spa facilities, all within walking distance of awesome mountains and scenery. Great evening meals in both restaurants too.

We had a wonderful stay at Auchrannie! The perfect place for a break or celebration. Great location a short walk into Brodick, close to the ferry terminal and great base to explore the island from. Comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, options for restaurants and activities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough, we will definitely be back!

only complaint super minor, duvets could have been bigger, but that's it

Food both breakfast and dinner were excellent, room was great, we had a shared twin. Swimming pool and sauner were great especially after a big day in the hills Great location just out of the main area, free shuttle service to the hotel from the ferry!!

Sorry but nothing really as our stay was perfect for us.

A fantastic place in great surroundings, we took Cora our springer spaniel who loved it. The place is so dog friendly which suited us immensely with lots of treats and special places to wash & dry your dog if the weather is not very nice. Our room was perfect, breakfast and dinner very good indeed and the staff amazing making it that more special.

Great accommodation. Cosy, comfy and luxurious. Food and drink delicious and staff most helpful. Spa area is just so relaxing, and there’s a great selection of pampers to choose from. We are going back!!

The gym was a bit small and limited in equipment. And because we could only stayed one night, it was very expensive for what it was. But I'm hoping Auchrannie will be sending me some good special offers in the future to encourage me to come back.

The house was very comfortable and the swimming pool and sauna as well.

No complaints, only 1 comment . There was no dining table in the retreat I was staying in, which was strange, as there was definitely room for a small one and the kitchen was very well fitted out.

Cosy ,well furnished retreat. Loved the log burner and log fired outdoor tub.Views were stunning. Peaceful, yet all amenities were on hand in the hotel

I loved the room, the food and the minibus that transferred our luggage to the ferry to let us enjoy our visit without the cases. We also really enjoyed both leisure facilities and made good use of them
