The shower control in our bathroom didn't work properly & the water was scalding. I did report it on departure.

The staff were lovely & very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a very good selection, the omelettes were yummy.

The room was a bit on the small side, but that's likely to be expected. The shades didn't quite cover the light from the street, and a few more hooks for towels or other items would have been nice.

Breakfast was great! Lots of options with cereals, croissants, plus a hot breakfast made to order. Wonderful!

The absence of a lift for the rooms on the upper floor, a problem for elders or people with a condition. The bathroom facilities, very small and a little dated.

Wonderful location, very calm but at walking distance of Buckingham and the center, and with excellent transport connections at Victoria. A special mention to the truly amazing staff, always available and friendly, and really helpful when we ask a change of room due to the absence of lift. The breakfast was great, with a proper full English. Although the rooms were not very spacious, the bedding was confortable.

Suuuuuuuper comfy bed Great towels and heated towel rack Very nice breakfast, supplied by both refrigerated items and dry goods in my studio @ 82. Great kettle etc. Delicious muesli and milk. Amazing cheddar. Loved the toast and jam. Very good teas and coffee. Fresh air from the courtyard below. Took a stroll to Buckingham Palace. Close to everything. Felt like I could live there and always have. Perfect home away from home. Good tv, small but perfectly ample. I liked how the captions worked, my previous hotel didn't allow closed captioning. And it had more channels than my previous hotel, I had no shortage of items to watch. The daily housekeeping left things nice and refreshed. I apologize I had no cash to leave as a tip. I will make up for it next time. I liked the lobby, the welcoming atmosphere , and other guests seemed nice. It was perfect for me. I felt totally safe and comfortable. Tip: If you are American, I suggest you bring little washcloths to England because there, people bring their own on travel, being a very personal item. Tip: the heated towel rack allowed me to wash a shirt and dry it quickly to wear next day! I loved that thing, I'm going to get one for home :) Definitely useful for drying towels in their climate. I also liked how the room was quiet. I was able to get very good sleep and naps any time of day. The Wi-Fi was reliable and I had no issues.

Third story room, windows barely worked, our showers could not be adjusted and it was scalding. We had to call at 10:00 at night and they sent someone the next day to adjust it.

No amenities in room (no coffee/tea etc but did have great coffee machine in lobby), no soaps etc. Appreciate environmental practices to prevent wastage of products (as note in bathroom advised these products available at reception), but refillable liquid soaps dispenser in BRoom would be appreciated & still be environmentally sound practice.

Location was great, walking distance from coach/train, Buckingham Palace. Hyde Park & theatres etc. Made to order breakfast by lovely lady. Updated room/great shower. Staff were also SO helpful & gracious when I (temporarily) misplaced my phone after breakfast on our departure day (really appreciated their efforts in my ‘panic’!).

A queen mattress is more to our liking. Tub a little high for older guests and tub was slippery getting out of. Rubber mat could help. Heated towel rack was a bonus.

Location was exactly where our interests were. The room was bright and attractive and the facilities were such that we enjoyed breakfast in our room in the morning. Staff worked very hard to accommodate our requests and aided us in getting our taxi to take us to the airport. A recommendation that would have been useful for us would have been information about bus service and subway routes. Buses are a great way to travel within the city.

We were in room 12. The bathroom door did not close which hindered our privacy greatly and the bedroom would have benefitted from having a mirror close to a electrical socket.

The staff were exceptional. They all displayed a helpful, friendly and professional manner. The location of the B&B Belgravia was perfect for sightseeing and our theatre trip.
