There was nothing I would change about Bank Place, it was excellent.

Every little thing has been thought about in this lovely apartment from the warm welcome to the supply of board games and art materials, to toiletries.

Fantastic apartment had everything you needed, Great location in the main town next to the many shops and restaurants. The apartment was so clean and the hosts were amazing . I would defiantly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again one day .

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. I was worried it might be noisy being so central but with the bedrooms to the rear of the flat we had no problem sleeping. It was lovely to sit in the front room and watch the hubbub of the town through the windows.

There was nothing to not like!

Location was great as it was very central with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Harbour and Maritime museum were 5 mins walk away. The apartment was very clean, warm and well equipped. Our hosts could not have been more helpful. We will be visiting again!

The location couldn’t have been better for shops, pubs and restaurants. 10 min walk to the university and it had a parking space - perfect.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and cosy, and the hosts thought of all the little things that would make our stay comfortable, from scones on arrival to washing tablets for the dishwasher. The location was superb - right at the start of the town centre, a 10-minute walk from the beach, and just across the street from the Maritime Museum and harbour.

Single beds could be more comfortable, but it's a minor complaint. Would stay again.

Everything was fine and not much to complain about

The property was tastefully decorated and reasonably comfortable. The hosts had ensured all little details were taken care of with a folder of local establishments and they had even left us with a Cornish cream tea! Location was perfect

The small step up into the kitchen, I kicked it 3 times and didn’t learn! = bruised toes!!!! Parking tricky. Best suited with mini sized car

Nothing not to like

We loved this property. The location, the apartment, everything was way beyond exceptional. Loved how we had scones, jam and clotted cream on our arrival. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a welcome addition as many others don’t supply these staples. I cannot praise this property highly enough, it was amazing.

Exceptionally well fitted out, all requirements such as cleaning products supplied, tea coffee and modern appliances complemented by pretty much any utensils you might require. Very comfortable living area with smart TV, comfortable bedrooms and even an all day sunny small back garden with a barbecue. Situated in the Main Street of an historic Cornish sea village within walking distance of all you might require and it even has an off street car park! To make me welcome, scones, jam and clotted cream we’re waiting when I arrived. This place is not a soulless modern 5 star hotel; it is much better than that! I don’t know the owners but they have got it right!

A bright airy comfortable flat close to the harbour and a superb fish & chips shop! A minor problem with the shower was fixed when Eric appeared within 5 minutes of phoning, if only all hosts were as accommodating. Would highly recommend.
