Private bathroom had a separate key and it became a bit tiresome to keep opening and closing it, especially in the dead of night.

Room was really nice for the money, very comfortable bed and pillows, had great internet, Netflix, plenty of outlets for chargers. Literally everything i could ask for.

It was a very lovely house. It was a few minutes walk from the bus stop. They were very helpful, and was easy to talk with the host at any hour.

It’s a minor but the nearest tram stop was a 10 min + walk however there is a bus stop very close to the room.

Our room surpassed any expectations me and my partner had. The hotel is immaculate throughout and the facilities available were nothing short of perfect. I would definitely stay here again if I had to come to Manchester. Better than any chain hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

No kitchen in actual room. Shower head was small and I couldn’t fit properly.Not ideal for taller folks Rush for check out for 8-10 am.

Cheap Small but cosy feeling. Comfortable bed and modern interior Very close to public transport which allows quicker routes into city centre without walking and to Trafford centre. Street itself is pleasant. Surrounding areas is mixed

The heating didn't work well. Thankfully, it was warm enough so we didn't really need it

Highly recommend. Great comfortable room for me and my partner with a private bathroom. House was very clean with very kind and friendly hosts. The use of the kitchen was a massive bonus for us! 10 min walk to the CBD. Light and warm bedrooms with comfortable bed!

Only thing is more than half a toilet roll could have been helpful. There may have been some in the kitchen we had access to, but we didn’t want to snoop!

Room and en-suite were spotless and very nicely decorated. Bedsheets looked brand new and mattress was extremely comfortable and host provided towels. Quiet area, so had an excellent night sleep. Tv had a lot of streaming services, so my friend was entertained whilst I did some work for university. Also had a shared kitchen, but we didn’t use it. The wifi pw was available to us here Stayed here as I had a test for university the next day, location was great (<15 min walk to campus) and a half an hour walk to Oxford road, where we got food. Have never booked a room in a house before staying here, but the great experience has convinced me to do it again. If the future permits it, would definitely stay here again :)

Fantastic, clean and very well kept place. Easy to find, our request to check-in a bit earlier was graciously accommodated. The place is easily accessible and boasts of spacious rooms and washroom. We didn’t use the kitchen facility but we saw it was well stocked with ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Highly recommend this place, seamless check in and check out was a cherry on top.

GREAT double ensuite room. We stayed for 1 night to go to a concert that evening. We had great instructions from the owner as to how we get in. The room was light and very modern. Lovely bathroom and a shared kitchen which was fully equipped. Travelling from there into the centre of Manchester was very easy - we caught a bus on the main road that took us to Piccadilly Gardens for roughly £2 each. Location and price were perfect and I would definitely recommend and re-book to stay here again.
