Overall it’s amazing! Apartment is brand new, everything works properly, it has everything you need for a long stay. Location is amazing, 5 minutes from Hyde Park. Stuff is friendly and helpful. It’s a SERVICED apartment, they will clean it for you everyday👍

The Knightsbridge location was exceptional. A stone’s throw from Harrod’s and the Underground (allowing easy access to and from). The apartment itself was top-notch. Quite comfortable for a family of 4.

There were no facilities such as gym room or bar but that is expected if booking an apartment.

The 1 bedroom apartment was exceptional for our family of 3. The kitchen had unexpected treats: coffee, tea, nespresso, bread loaf with honey, marmalade and strawberry; refrigerator with OJ small milk and butter. The daily housekeeping was an unexpected bonus. The location could not have been better! Quiet at night and very safe. Proximity to many places was superb: with Harrods a half block away, three wonderful museums just over a half mile and the massive Hyde Park only blocks away. Ana, the Operations Asst Manager greeted us at their reception desk and we were fortunate to access our apartment at our early arrival.

Seeing as it’s just apartments & a reception handling all guests, no other facilities in the building, the rates can be lowered.

Excellent amenities in the apartment, apt size for a family of 4. Great service from the staff. Perfect location.

The smell that emit from the toilet drains after shower

The washer and dryer circuit kept on cutting out so it was hard to use the dyer since it would have to be reset daily. The staff really attempted to fix it, but was unable to within our stay.

The property was just as pictured. The location was good with metro stop about 1 min away, but it was walkable to most sites. The staff was extremely helpful and always available by text message whenever needed. When we arrived, they supplied a small amount of breakfast essentials such as bread, jams, milk and orange juice. The space was spacious and perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had daily cleaning service included. We would definitely stay again if we are in London!

One of the bedrooms had a slight odor (kind of wet wall/carpet, but could not locate it). No way of blowdrying hair in the bathroom, or next to a mirror.

Its a really great property, clean, well equipped kitchen, great location, will recommend to family and friends

Stunning location. 2 bedroom was huge compared to Paris on its own dedicated floor. Excellent layout and kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. Wasn’t missing a thing! Washing machine and dryer a must and was used daily. Home base in London!
