Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWeirdly the TV was on the wrong wall so we couldn't watch TV in bed, only from the sofa. A really small thing but quite annoying!
We got an unexpected room upgrade which was really nice. Great room - very comfortable bed, very clean, great city views and the bathroom was lovely. The person on reception at check-in was also super friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe lack of blanket in the room as it was cold. The bed was too soft and had a hollow in the middle causing rolling. Also the price of the breakfast was extremely expensive £25 each ! so we couldn’t have any.
The decor and attention to detail is amazing. Everything was thought through perfectly.

United KingdomThe only downside would be the location, which is a bit distance from Bath Central. We didn't mind the location as we liked the quiet and cosy atmosphere there but if you want to feel the vibe of Bath Central, it may not be your place.
The staff were very kind and friendly, and the overall facilities and cleanliness were awesome as well as the dinner experience there. We will stay at the hotel again if we want to visit Bath in future.

United KingdomIf I had to be really picky, I noted that you couldn’t watch tv from the bed in my room. This didn’t make any difference at all to my stay though.
I loved the atmosphere from the moment I arrived. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner and everything was explained clearly. I was upgraded to a junior suite. The room was large and very comfortable. The complementary snacks were very welcome.
