Lovely accommodation, fantastic en-suite and bedroom. Location close to city centre with ample parking. Honestly bar was a great idea but it was locked when we returned at 1025pm. We didn’t eat at the property and chose to dine in the city centre which was conveniently located.

It felt a bit like being in someone’s house and more of a guesthouse feel than hotel.

It is in a lovely quiet location which is around a mile from the city. The walk through the parks is very scenic. Ubers are always available if walking is an issue. The property is well maintained and has a luxurious feel to it. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

Nothing to dislike

Very well equipped, comfortable and clean room. We had a lovely evening meal and also an excellent breakfast in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again on future trips to Bath.

Everything was outstanding. The staff and the rooms were exquisite. The staff were pleasant and friendly, making us feel very welcomed. It's a beautiful place, and I would definitely return.

Aspects of the room were below the standard of the rest of the place, minor maintenance issues: 1. There were stains on the carpet. 2. The internet was very slow which made it impossible to make use of BBC iplayer on the smart TV. 3. The hot tap on the bathroom wash basin was the wrong way round so you had to turn it the opposite way to normal. 4. The shower head dripped constantly.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet despite being straight off the stairs. The bathroom was well appointed with a lovely bath. There was a good choice of options at breakfast and the food was very good. It was great to have parking on site. We enjoyed the walk into the city centre although some might struggle with the long uphill walk back!

A little far away from the main part of town but in some ways this was a welcome respite.

Absolutely gorgeous building and decor. Front desk staff were not overly friendly and did not offer to assist w luggage as there was no lift to our room. But other than that it was really a beautiful small hotel and very find dining.

It’s a stunning property, my partner and I loved it here! The honesty bar was special and the bathroom and room were stunning and huge. The staff are fantastic, never had such a welcome to a hotel and were looked after.

The room boasted high ceilings and ample space, complemented by blackout curtains guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. While not situated in the city's heart, its proximity to a nearby bus stop made it conveniently accessible. The peaceful ambiance of the area made a leisurely 2-mile stroll to the city center quite appealing. Attention to detail was evident throughout, with pleasant and intriguing decor featuring soothing neutral tones. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, though I regretted not having more time to indulge in it. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming and hospitable, akin to being at home. I enthusiastically recommend this place for a delightful stay.

The breakfast was very slow. To be fair I think the kitchen were unlucky that it being a sunday everyone turned up for a later breakfast at about the same time and it took nearly an hour for our hot food to come
