We had a great stay at the Beach House. It was really clean, comfortable and convenient. Also had all the amenities we needed. The access to the beach was brilliant and particularly enjoyed by my stepson and border collie.

We had organised a paddle boarding surprise for a friend Check in time not ideal as we missed half the day We did request to get in earlier or even a slightly later check out but it wasn’t possible

An amazing location, with the beach right on your doorstop. Being able to take our dog was a huge bonus too and the old boy loved his splash in the sea!

Nothing to not like! Clean, beautiful building and tasteful decor. Good quality furnishings, pillows and mattresses. Very comfortable cosy home. The location is perfect. My family enjoyed a morning walk on the beach in our pyjamas, it was like taking a walk in our backyard. Great for dogs, secure garden and dog friendly beach. We will be bringing our dogs and booking again. The host had fabulous communication with us and although we didn’t need any assistance it was easily available. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Unable to unlock the main front door when needed, after someone, maybe a workman had stood outside the entrance door to No1 smoking heavily. It took a couple of hours to clear. We had to walk through it several times.

These points are trivial and not to be seen as negative feedback, just a couple of ‘neutral’ points - it wasn’t the easiest to find the apartment, we travelled in two groups and both groups had to stop and to ask locals where we could find it. It was a few runs back and forward to the car for luggage etc as the parking was a short walk away. Upon the entrance to the garden path it was quite muddy and waterlogged.

Amazing location, right on the beach with fantastic views! Super clean with everything you could need to hand. As a group we absolutely loved our stay and would stay again!

Not enough cupboard space for food. No bath math, slippy when wet. Very muddy just outside the property to get to car.

Amazing views, comfortable, warm, quiet, clean, fantastic location, close to Largs. Ferry trip to Cumbrae is a highlight. The sofa bed was very comfy for sleeping on. Beds all great. Linnen great. Towels very luxurious in stunning bathroom

I have nothing I didn't like

The most lovely ground floor apartment, we where here for a wedding in Seamill(5miles)away, the apartment was brilliant, all pro's no con's! Beds shower great as well 😌 👌, love the beach right outside and your own tiny path down, this morning was frosty and the water was calm, just amazing and the sun going down was beautiful to watch! Definitely be back next time longer so we can explore the surrounding areas. Well done on the modernisation of this apartment, very modern 👏 👍 Glad we found this wee Jewel! Thank you.

We would have preferred twin beds in one of the rooms as opposed to 2 doubles. We are a family of 4 and so the supplies provided (2 dishwasher tabs, 1 tea towel, 2 toilet rolls) were a bit mean for a 3 night stay. But I messaged about it and more supplies were provided that day.

The location is fabulous. Beautiful view and very quiet beach. The property was clean, modern and cosy. It was great to have a door to the front garden. Perfect for pets. Super-quiet at night. Morrisons supermarket is a 5 minute drive.
