There isn't too much to dislike about the property, the only thing would be the non-smoking policy. I totally adhered to this policy and I had to smoke outside, by my car parked on the street. I had to be scrutinised by the by-goers as a potential criminal near their homes (and I wouldn't blame them). My advice would be creating a smoking area anywhere in the carpark and I would dare to say that everything would be perfect (even for people with bad habits like me). I am not smoking in my own home or car and I totally respect others' choices, I was just feeling cast away, that's all.

The most I liked the comfort provided by the premises and the location.

Everything was to our liking

We loved spending time in this light and airy apartment. It was spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen, fabulous outlook over Clifton's rooftops and within a few minutes walk of restaurants, shops and green spaces. Bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, comfy beds and nice bed linen. We would definitely return to both Clifton and this apartment.

Great apartment and communication from host, access etc all great, only thing and probably easy to fix was a smell in the bathroom on the first night like a blocked drain. It went, but worth getting checked for future guests. Softer pillows would make the comfortable beds even more comfortable.

A lovely, spacious apartment in the perfect location, peaceful at night and looking out on treetops, easy walk to all the cafes of Clifton and the suspension bridge.

The appartment had something extremely peaceful about it. Well connected to the public transport system. All of Clifton is within walking distance. Nice little kitchen.

Well furnished, comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area which was like a home from home only 10 minutes walk from Clifton Down station which has a frequent service to the city centre. Far better than trying to battle through Bristol rush hour traffic

Nothing really. The property felt purpose built for short term rents and is managed by a company not an individual/family but we knew that before we booked. Our only suggestion would be a professional deep clean of the carpets (in the apartment and communal areas).

The location really suited us - nice and quiet in the evenings but we could easily walk to a pub and Indian restaurant as well as a couple of cafes. It took about 20-25 mins to walk into the very centre of Bristol. The apartment was spacious, modern and bright. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We had an issue whilst we were staying but this was resolved well by the company looking after the property.

1. No lift. We had a lot of luggage we had to manually carry all the luggage up and down 2 times. It was very exhausting
