Excellent cottage to stay in. Very clean, well equipped and furnished to a very good standard. It was nice and warm and the settees and bed were very comfortable. Nice to have off-road parking at the front and an enclosed patio and garden at the rear of the cottage. Very safe for our dog. Very quiet in spite of the fairly close proximity to the coast road. Sandy beach and promenade just across the road. Plenty of shops and food establishments close by.

The driveway doesn’t have a ramp making access and egress tricky. Very finicky waste recycling system - not caused by the owner of course. Stairs to bedrooms on first floor are steep and narrow. Makes moving luggage a challenge

A lovely cottage right on the beach at Rhos on Sea. Super close to the village with its cafes; restaurants and supermarket. It was great to have off street parking. Downstairs is comfortable. Nice seating area to relax and fully equipped kitchen. Julie was very responsive and provided helpful local hints. The house is warm and quiet. Being right on the beach is great - even in winter.

Nothing not to like the cottage was very clean comfortable the attention to detail by the owner's was A1 lovely clean comfy beds the welcome pack was brilliant even sipply of tea coffee and sugar they have thought of everything

Hot water was a bit hit and miss. The owners did try to help and there was a bit of improvement. They were very quick to respond. They need a dropped kerb at the front to get in and out of the drive. The owner tells me this is in the pipeline with the council. It will be great when that's done.

Spotlessly clean. Nice quality bedding and towels. Lovely welsh welcome pack. Excellent location. Good communication with the owners. Excellent facilities. Decent WiFi and a good size TV. Perfect for when you've been out all day exploring.

Beautiful cottage in a fabulous location, directly opposite a gorgeous beach. The Promenade is being improved and will be fabulous once completed. The cottage is next to a pub and cafe, with other cafes, restaurants, shops along the road. The cottage itself was clean, with all modern amenities, all basics were provided, tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, coffee machine pods, dishcloths, all towels, toilet rolls, hand wash etc A fabulous treat tray was also left for us. Host was great keeping us updated and on hand if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

The buzzing noise from the coffee van over the road during the day. The ceiling to enter the kitchen is low and you need to mind your head if you are tall. There a few steep steps down to the cottage.

The welcome pack was appreciated and a request for plant milk was kindly met. The cottage is very clean and across the road from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Communication about works being carried out on the promenade, but the works are obviously beyond the host’s control.

Fantastic location, beautiful town and wonderful beach. House cosy, warm and a home away from home. Lovely gifts left by hosts, a nice little touch.

Absolutely nothing everything was perfect 🤩

What can I say… We had a fabulous stay! The cottage is in a prime spot, off road parking, the cottage was immaculate and has everything and more than what you need. We would have stayed longer if we could and will most definitely be returning.. Julie is a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and the welcome tray with the Welsh cakes was a lovely touch.. We enjoyed being able to go down on to the beach each night just across the road plus the bus stop is just outside so we went to Llandudno one day, never used the car all weekend 👍🏻Beautiful cottage 😄

The hot water tap in the bathroom didn't give much hot water and only a trickle, but this didn't affect our enjoyment.

The cottage was superbly decorated. It had the charm of an old cottage but all modern facilities. Loved the location, lovely stretch of coast line.

The interior of the property was of a high standard, lovely living room, kitchen and bedrooms. All of a high quality but at the same time it was homely and welcoming.

For information only, not a complaint; directly opposite there is some work being carried out on beach improvements so there is fencing along the prom and some slight noise from machinery but this did not detract from the enjoyment of the cottage or the surrounding area. There is still a path for pedestrians along the length of the improvement site and we were able to get onto the beach further down the road.

The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and attractive gardens. The owner had provided essential items such as tea, coffee and milk for our arrival as well as a tray of delicious treats. There are shops, cafes and pubs serving food locally. We used the cottage as a base to explore the area and also had some lovely walks along the seafront. I particularly liked the view of the sea from the bedroom and all the lights lighting up the coast in the distance at night.

Great cottage, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Made welcome by the host and offered invaluable local knowledge. Convenient base for touring the local area , but local shops just around the corner for your needs. Loved relaxing there after a hectic day 😀
