I have issue with the hotel regarding my order from outside restaurant , my order is delivered to reception and it was under my name but unfortunately no one give me a call from reception or even deliver it to my room , so I payed for that and I didn’t receive my food moreover they are acting like it’s not our fault and they didn’t offer me any solution or refund , they have to deal with this thing and act like 5 star hotel but unfortunately they didn’t

The breakfast staff were a bit slow and there were no bowls available for the fruit and yoghurts, although they were brought quickly once requested.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The Guest Relations team went the extra mile and provided a complimentary amenity for my mother's birthday. The doormen were fantastic at arranging taxis and umbrellas in the wet weather. The room was very comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent.

I love everything about the hotel. Our room is a good size with an enormous window looking out at a park and with a window seat and windows that open a little. There are lots of seating areas and a gorgeous garden patio and the staff are excellent with very fast service in all areas particularly housekeeping.

I used to stay here all the time when I had guests at my home on Lyall street. Used to be known as the “Belgravia Shafts” 6yrs ago or something like that they’ve done a great job on bringing the hearty vibe of belgravia to the hotel yet keeping it low-key and intimate. See you all soon! 💛

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food and drinks at restaurant and bar were great! Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is great and in a nice quiet street. Within short distance to Sloan Square, Elizabeth Street, King‘s road and a short taxi ride to all historical buildings and sites.

The hotel was in walking distance from the tube station and all the staff were extremely helpful. We got given a free upgrade due to a special occasion and we were made to feel incredibly special throughout our visit. Room service was really quick and the food absolutely divine! The house keeping staff even prepared the room for bedtime when we got back from our event by placing the slippers out and mats by the bed, as well as the complimentary bath oil and salts! Amazing eco friendly products!

A nice boutique hotel in a great, quite location. The room was very pleasant having been recently renovated, however, it was a little small for two people with four weeks worth of bags!
