Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

KuwaitI have issue with the hotel regarding my order from outside restaurant , my order is delivered to reception and it was under my name but unfortunately no one give me a call from reception or even deliver it to my room , so I payed for that and I didn’t receive my food moreover they are acting like it’s not our fault and they didn’t offer me any solution or refund , they have to deal with this thing and act like 5 star hotel but unfortunately they didn’t
The location of the hotel was perfect and the room was clean, house keeping is doing their job in good way , the concierge guy( cristian) was so friendly and helpful

United KingdomThe breakfast staff were a bit slow and there were no bowls available for the fruit and yoghurts, although they were brought quickly once requested.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The Guest Relations team went the extra mile and provided a complimentary amenity for my mother's birthday. The doormen were fantastic at arranging taxis and umbrellas in the wet weather. The room was very comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent.

I love everything about the hotel. Our room is a good size with an enormous window looking out at a park and with a window seat and windows that open a little. There are lots of seating areas and a gorgeous garden patio and the staff are excellent with very fast service in all areas particularly housekeeping.

United KingdomThe hotel was in walking distance from the tube station and all the staff were extremely helpful. We got given a free upgrade due to a special occasion and we were made to feel incredibly special throughout our visit. Room service was really quick and the food absolutely divine! The house keeping staff even prepared the room for bedtime when we got back from our event by placing the slippers out and mats by the bed, as well as the complimentary bath oil and salts! Amazing eco friendly products!
