Breakfast was perfect and well presented. Loved the fresh fruit, granola and yogurt options as well as a cooked breakfast.

Breakfast was enjoyable but slow service on a couple of the mornings, possibly down to staff shortage.

Located not far from the pier. The room had a lovely view along the sea front. Tea making facilities, a coffee maker, and a small fridge in the room. The most welcoming thing for us was that there was a carton of fresh milk in the fridge, which was a small gesture, but much appreciated.

8.00 am above room 108 there was a lot of noise I think it was house keeping. Could be a little quieter for future reference.

Everything was fine although the central heating came on early hours of the morning and was quite loud. We thought it was heavy rain outside, but instead was the sound the radiator made.

Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from and full English breakfast was hot and plentiful the location was great the pier just over the road and the shops bars restaurants just around the corner. Our room was beautiful large bed tea coffee biscuits fluffy towels bed was very comfortable bedding was spotless bathroom was good size spotlessly clean shower was hot and powerful elemis shower gel shampoo conditioner hand wash and hand cream and lots of complimentary items slippers ear plugs eye masks e.c.t. All in all had a lovely stay staff were polite and helpful the bar area was lovely comfortable chairs and a lovely outside area with chairs and tables at the deck are at the front of the hotel to watch the world go by

The staff are so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, such lovely food, both hot and cold. I loved the extra's in the room, the fridge with fresh milk and bottled water as well as tge choice of teas coffees and hot chocolate.

Wasn’t expecting much (not to be a snob but due to the area) however walking through the doors the hotel was lovely!! Welcomed in by the lady behind the desk who was very pleasant, we then popped up to the rooms and they were lovely, nice and spacious and a good level of clean. Lots of little amenities which was lovely and were nice touches to the room. Like slippers, eye mask, coffee machine etc and a lovely little bag of 2p’s to use in the hotel which was a lovely touch. Room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom, my only gripe would be that the bed could be slightly bigger but the duvet could definitely be bigger. Comfy beds and not much noise travelled in from other guests in the hallway/other rooms which was fantastic for me! Didn’t have breakfast the next morning but we seen a few plates go past whilst checking out and they looked fantastic!! Overall really happy with my stay and if I ever stayed in Llandudno I would book here! Absolute little gem of a hotel!

The upgrade was mixed up and booked superior double but got twin but was compensated so got sea view which was nice but was spoiled by stained carpet which needs changing in my view.Not sure if dogs allowed in there .

Room spacious, clean and modern, excellent hot, fast shower. Staff really helpful. Breakfast incredible. Beautiful views from the breakfast room. Ideal location for the pier, the prom and walks up The Great Orme. We parked at the train station £6 for 3 days.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Best hotel in Llandudno without doubt

Great location, all areas smartly decorated, spotlessly clean, staff really lovely, very friendly. Boutique sea view room, fab shower, very comfortable beds. Nice touches in room, coffee machine with pods, fresh milk in the fridge & still & sparkling water. Biscuits, tea, hot chocolate. Elemis products in bathroom, bathrobes & slippers, eye masks, earplugs etc. Breakfast amazing choices, cereals, fruit, pastries, toast machine plus cooked options, full cooked breakfast was beautifully cooked. We really couldn’t fault it, our second stay. In my opinion the best hotel in Llandudno & I’ve stayed in many.

Everything was amazing, even my dinky wee room which had a single bed. It was compact but beautifully presented and had a view of the side of the Great Orme. Everything from start to finish was perfect, thanks.

The breakfast was exceptional. Best I've had at any hotel and I've stayed at quite a few. I had the smashed avocado on sourdough and my colleague had a delicious looking pancake stack. More like a brunch than breakfast. Can't wait to stay again!
