Great satisfaction with the accommodation, we appreciate the prepared food and the stock in the fridge, which we did not expect, we have reservations about paying the deposit. Due to a bank connection in another country, it takes a long time to credit and return the payment. Cash payment would be appropriate.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The deposit was a bit of a faff, but I understand the reason for it.

The only thing was the bunk beds were a little rickety but apart from that everything was great.

Great apartment that was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with food for breakfast. Very quiet location not too far from the city centre. Had everything we needed.

Ryan and Soraya could not have been more accommodating, I booked very last minute and they went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely stay. Could not recommend enough. Property was beautifully decorated, clean. Beds were lusciously comfy, and cupboards and fridge stocked up with everything you would need. One of the nicest stays I've had in Birmingham, thank you so much for having us at very short notice, very much appreciated all your efforts. Hopefully stay again soon 🙏 🙂

Location wise it seemed like it was around an industrial estate and but it was very close to the town which was an good advantage.

It was very clean, it had what it stated on the description. Good facilities. Very homely and cosy. Loved the deco of the property.

There is nothing to dislike about this accommodation. The location isn't near the city but that is why we selected it as we wanted a quieter base.

The host was great at communicating and in the lead up and after the stay was fab from start to finish. The amenities in the accommodation was just great. I don't think there was anything there we didn't have. The host left some complimentary food items in the fridge and bakery items like croissants and brioche for breakfast. There was juice, Yoghurts and even Salami and Cheese in the fridge. Just exceptionally surpassed what I expected

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a perfect location to the City centre, beds extremely comfortable, exceptionaly clean apartment, and the food and drinks which are provided are far more than expected and adds to this lovely apartment. Loved the coffee machine too. The owners were very polite and helpful and responded to all correspondences really quick, nothing was too much trouble.

The only very minor issue is the shower is not very high pressure and hot water takes a while to come through. But not really a problem at all and is far outweighed by all of the plusses.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with lots of thoughtful touches. Bed comfortable and kitchen very well set up. Would recommend!

The area was perfect for us because of a family function very close. But wouldn’t be our choice for a scenic type of break.

how clean and modern it was. With a fridge and cupboard full of snacks/milk/cereal/teas and coffees. felt from home to home. We all felt it was a nicer experience that a hotel.
