Lovely hotel. Very modern and nice decor. We booked a superior double and it was the perfect size. Nice touch with the coffee machine, biscuits and complimentary water. Very convenient to be able to control things from your phone and the iPad by the bed.

Needs a towel rail somewhere in the bathroom. Incredibly small space. Nowhere to unpack clothes to, not a single drawer and barely enough floor space to open suitcase. Bed not made daily.

Great location, very secure. Very simple room but very comfy. Good shower. Cool app for controlling everything. Towels renewed daily.

The bathroom - very small, is a wet room that includes the toilet. If you have a shower the toilet and sink gets very wet due to how small the room is

- The iPads used to control lighting and ambience lagged severely. Thankfully, light switches were provided and we used these more often. - Toilet paper was quite thin. - Some amenities supplied felt slightly inadequate — there was no dish-washing sponge, dish drying towel or toilet brush.

+ It was extremely comfortable. + Apartment was even more spacious than the pictures suggested. + It was a short walk to the metro that takes you into the main city in just 5 minutes. + The place felt high-tech and cool. Didn’t feel like we were in Birmingham! + Having two TVs (one in living room, one in bedroom) was amazing. Bonus points because they were smart TVs with streaming services and screen mirroring feature. + It was so well-cleaned — the first place we have ever stayed that actually had clean TV remotes. + Shower was great and easy to use. + Location was easy to find by delivery drivers.

The bathroom!.. It's designed as a wet room. With a glass door to the bedroom, which is only fosted out in the middle. Not much privacy once you're inside. Also, pet hate of mine.. no where to hang your towel up while you're showering, so it gets soaked!

The location was excellent, very quiet too. The hotels security was exceptional. The rooms were clean and tidy. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Unfortunately, noise travels easily throughout the hotel. I could hear guests two rooms down the hallway from my room. Also, not sure whether my room (112) was situated on top of a door but from about 7am onwards I heard a clapping sound, presumably from a door being opened and closed. Other than that I was very happy with the room and the service. Good value for money.

The bathrooms need upgrading - especially the shower. Instructions for the TV use would also have been useful (put TV to HDMI2 on Source & then turn on the Sky box).

Conveniently located next to train station. Bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is good & I enjoyed the use of the gym. When I had a problem with the hot water it was dealt with quickly & efficiently.
