We only stayed for one night and it was just what we needed, somewhere to but our heads.

The hotel is just off the sea front, although from our room you could see the sea and it was about a 2 minute walk to the pier. The room clean and the bed nice and comfy although firm which I like. We didn't stay for breakfast as we were away early. Staff were really friendly.

Stayed in a family room with a jacuzzi bath but it didn’t work. No introduction manual about the hotel or where to find things in there or about Llandudno- there was an a4 piece of paper with a short overview of the general information and Wi-Fi password which was good. Room could of done with some repairing/repainting in places as peeling wallpaper, paint on doors and knocks in the wall near the window. The window opposite the four poster bed did lock but a fan for the warmer weather may be beneficial as it does get hot in there due to being on the top floor.

Lovely location overlooking the pier and all the beach. Four poster bed was beautiful and very comfortable. Owners were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Room smelt very fresh and clean.

I understand it was an old building but the room could do with a bit of work. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls from the ceiling and the shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. But only minor issues.

Location was excellent couldn’t be better. The man who runs the property couldn’t be friendlier such a lovely polite welcoming man.

Booked this hotel for a last minute trip to llandudno and so glad I did. The owners Andy and Sandra are amazing and so lovely. The room was fabulous, large with gorgeous furniture and a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was super comfy. Bathroom was a great size with a powerful shower and great quality toiletries. The breakfast was £8 per person and worth every penny, plentiful and delicious. The location can't be beaten, close to the pier, centre and Happy Valley gardens. Will definitely stay hear again on our next trip to Llandudno!
