Everything was a bit tired and worn out. The tv didn’t work and the external doors really slammed shut so loudly

It was very close to where we needed to be and the staff let us drop our bags early which was so helpful

Room was like a relic from the 1960s..... Even though it wasn't yet winter, the room was chilly - one small radiator that was warm rather than hot. The en-suite shower/toilet was adequate, but it took about 5 minutes of running the tap in the washbasin and the shower to get water warm enough for a comfortable shower. Security was lacking: the door locked via a key rather than a card and didn't lock automatically when closed. Also, the in-room safe was locked and appeared broken.

Checking in and departing went smoothly. Friendly staff.

Shower in the room didn't work, but there was a shared bathroom anyways and worked perfect everytime TV in the room didn't work. The day before check out, after the room was cleaned, towels were removed so basically we couldn't shower the day before or even the day of checkout. Apart from that, excellent.

It was dirty, the bathroom was shared with all the other hotel residents despite the being listed as having a private bathroom, there were scuffs and holes in the walls, disappointing compared to the listing, would not stay again.

The location was good for the concert we were going to.

The mattress was very uncomfortable so didn't sleep well on it. No breakfast options despite it being advertised on here. We also got a kettle and cups but no actual tea or coffee to make which was disappointing. It is near a loud road which would be an issue if you're a light sleeper but I slept like a rock so I was fine personally.

Good location, extremely close to the underground station. Cheap price, good enough for the one night we were here. Staff were helpful to us when we stayed here. We had a little balcony so could sit outside and watch the street go by which I liked. Our room and shower were basic but clean, despite what other reviews said.

Property was imo grossly over charging guess because it was bst, toilet facilities were pretty bad very small and not good odour. Room was very very small, wanted cup of tea but no milk on tray. Carpets etc had not been cleaned there were bits all over. Bedding was not very clean but thankfully no ned bugs as others have said! But bed was comfy unless I was just tired.

The property is in great location, not far to anything central. Beds were comfy. Person that checked us in late after bst was very pleasant had conversation about hyde park gigs

There was a screw sticking out of the bed that badly cut my leg and they was painting the door frames of the rooms and left our room door wide open with all our belongings on show

Matress very unconfortable, holes in duvet cover and sheets, cracks in sink and tap only dribbled, no toilet roll, and cleaner let himself in at 8am and asked us to check out so it certainly wasn't worth the £240 a night.

Toilet facilities are not ensuite. You either walked up at set of stairs or down a set to access. The room I rented was about the size of a large linen closet, but there was an in-room shower that was quite adequate.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Access to public transport was near and there were many shops and restaurants near at hand.

Poor soundproofing between rooms (my room & adjacent) Deposit was taken when booking online with balanve to be paid on arrival which it turned out was fully debited 3-4 days before arrival causing a bit of confusion for staff.

Very central location. Simple accommodation but met baaic requirements. Very little time spent in hotel so basic facilities and great lication met my needs.
