Very clean and comfortable. Easy self check in and out. Great communication from the point of booking. Lovely little touches like coffee pods and some nice toiletries. Secure parking was brilliant and such clear directions to find the property.

Flooring a little tatty (looks like there has been water damage). Could have done with coat hooks and a coffee table to put drinks on.

Definitely some damp in one of the bedrooms the wardrobe was quite bad with it and around the window frames . I felt slightly uncomfortable making a morning cuppa with no blinds etc on the windows especially that there were workmen around .I appreciate it’s lower than eye height but still found it uncomfortable Having no working fan in bathroom made it very steamy and unfortunately had a leak from toilet / towel rail so floor was wet

The bed in the bedroom nearest the kitchen was really uncomfortable sadly. You could feel the springs on your back/side. This resulted in us having a disturbed night's sleep.

Lovely little apartment located in a private courtyard with a parking space. Small but modern bathroom with bath and shower. Once I'd got the boiler running the apartment soon got cosy and warm. Our host Kristen was responsive and helpful. We really appreciated her agreeing to extend our checkout time by an hour.

Fantastic flat in a fantastic location with free parking the flat had everything u need for your stay once you park up your car was safe and secure and we did not use the car once after we parked it up you was five minutes into the town and there is plenty to do and see the zoo is worth the visit absolutely amazing and only a 10 minute ride on the bus the cathedral was amazing the chester walk around the wall which takes you right around the city absolutely stunning and we did one of the museums we felt that there were still loads to do and see but in the 3 days we were there we were happy with what we did and what we liked was there were loads of independent shops and also while we walking around the city we like to look at the old buildings and read the history of the city absolutely amazing we are already thinking of our next visit and definitely definitely stay at the same place as I didn't have the worry of driving and trying to find parking places it was definitely one of the best places for a visit and it was friendly and the most important thing was how clean the streets were

I can’t rate this property enough! Owners went above and beyond to accommodate us as we was staying over mainly for the races. Also, if you are going the races, you can’t get much closer to the racecourse than this, this is the perfect location for the town as well as the races too. The apartment itself is perfect for a small group or a family as well, the property felt very homely and has everything you need. If this property is available again next time I come up, I will definitely be booking here! 100% recommend.

Great location, a few minutes walk into town. Allocated parking space, gated and secure.

More obvious directions for the flat as it didn’t have a number and was down some steps. No proper dining area. Minor issues for me and didn’t effect my overall enjoyment.

Good location within 5 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Easy access to City Wall walk. Quiet area to stay. Very comfy living area with huge TV.

Can’t really fault anything, apart from me personally being a lil vein and would of loved a full length mirror but honestly it was great & will know to bring my own next time I stay there haha

I was just so pleasantly surprised by how cute and cozy it was tucked away in the corner in a empire location, lovely surrounding views. Even envisaged myself happily living there :)
