Bedroom Furniture had no drawers at all for our personal things Only other thing I didnt like was going Home...............

clean room comfortable bed and bedding. fresh looking decoration No drawers and furniture rather utility. Breakfast really good as was accomodation and organisation for buffet food. Good selecton too From booking in to leaving the Staff were the best weve met worldwide. The Hotel isnt big and this made it feel Homely Each and every member of Staff I came into contact with impressed me. Thankyou to all. You were so nice, it was our pleasure.

Had a back room overlooking the car park and split landing a little difficult for OAP's with heavy suitcases.

Convenient for town center and promenade. Parking a big advantage. Breakfast excellent

Bathroom was very small. Shower base was slippy when wet. A non slip shower mat in the base of the shower would be advisable.

High step to shower, could do with something to hold on to getting out. Very soft mattress when mentioned to reception was told due to be replaced.

Room clean, tea,coffee etc available. Nice chairs to sit by window. Easy to book in, very nice staff. Breakfast very good. Plenty of choice. Location very good right on sea front close to shopping areas Will be staying again.

The only complaint I had was we asked the receptionist if any one was serving at the bar, he said I will be with you in a bit and left us waiting so we left and didn't get a drink, when passing him again he was just shuffling papers, not really great customer service.

The custodial staff didn’t come on the first day, and on the second day, there was minimal cleaning and no additional amenities were left

Parking was tricky but we knew parking was limited at the hotel so were prepared. The receptionist gave us some advice re parking. A little bit of a faff with taking bags etc to and from car which was then 10 mins walk up the road but it was manageable. Room was warm so a little bit noisy in the evening on the beachfront.

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady on reception when we checked in and the man in the morning did breakfast (sorry didn’t get names). Location was great, room looked out on the sea. We could also take our dogs which was great!

Rooms were very outdated ,the bathroom was very clean and modern ,however the toilet was set on a high ledge so going to the toilet I dreaded as it was difficult to get on and even worse getting off ,being short at 5ft 1inch ,the shower wasn't very powerful and the door getting in and out of the shower was a tiny space so made it awkward getting in and out

too many dogs and a small parking lot that is hard to find (parking at the back of the front Gates and a sign on the fence with the name of the hotel)

There was nothing you could dislike about the hotel or location. I guess the worst thing was the seagulls, although we got to know one, that we called Gordon, who visited our window sill :)

The breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was pleasant and beds comfortable. The Location was amazing and we had a sea view too Things to do in Llandudno, kept us busy for 4 days. Please make sure you go to the Home Front Museum

No dislikes just a suggestion parasols would be good to have on the terrace as protection from the sun or rain,.

The location which was on the sea front close to the pier, the hotel had a car park at the rear of the hotel, breakfast at the hotel was very good and also the service . All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a cosy bar and there is a terrace at the front of the hotel overlooking the beach. The hotel does not do evening meals except when there are large parties or coaching parties, the staff pointed out all good eating establishments which are all with walking distance, the taxis in llandudno are very reasonably priced should you not wish to walk..The hotel do picnic lunches if you ask which are reasonably priced. Close to the hotel is a retail shopping area and the town has a wide variety of shops bars and restaurants. Our room had an ensuite, tea and coffee are supplied in the room, there is a lift in the hotel
